I normally don't like buying from dealerships, but Paul Spady changed my view. From the start, they were honest and straight forward. I was immediately impressed with their pricing. I will be sending my friends and family there in the future.

Bought my truck here. Great friendly staff. Book value of the vehicle I wanted was right on the sticker next to the price. Prices under KBB fair purchase price. Service department is great also. Craig is always friendly and gets things done right in a time frame that works for me. Would recommend to anyone interested in skipping the smoke and mirror game usually played at dealerships that hide their prices. Great overall experience, very impressed.

Took my G6 Gt in for a transmission programming and they had it done in less than two hours and it worked out great. I had one programmed last year and it went well. Thanks again!

Paul Spady Motors is the place to go! They helped me get my first car, second car, and my current vehicle. There not pushy, friend, and they have awesome financing rates. When I got my first car I had no credit, and no idea what I was getting myself into. The staff was super friendly and understanding. They walked me through the whole process, and they were straight forward! No hidden fees, no lies. Thank you Paul Spady Motors!

Terrible dealership. I bought a pickup from the dealership and it seemed good, but when I drove it home it died when we stopped for gas. It had a problem in the motor and so we took it back and tried to have them help. They refused to even help us slightly, and they said it’s not our problem anymore. They sold us a bad pickup and I had to put a new engine in it because they never told us that the engine had a problem when we bought it. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership and I hope that people don’t get robbed 10k on something that did not work as they said it should of worked. Thanks Paul Spady for wasting my money.

Edit: Since I'm not able to reply to the owners comment, I did reach several times and you were not able to help. The dealership is over 2 hours away from us and not feasible to tow it back. The dealership that helped us said the truck/engine was bad from the beginning or from work that was done on it at the dealership. I would not want to bring it back to a place that willing sold a bad truck just to try and you 'fix' it. I have bought several vehicles with high mileage with zero issues and better customer service. Would not buy from here. Sold a truck with bad engine, died after a couple of days and refused to do any type of help. Continued to have problems, after minor fixes only to find out it needs a new engine. They sold a truck knowingly with a bad engine with no remorse.
