Worst service dept. Made appt for recall on Polaris showed up they waited 2 1/2 hrs to to tell me they needed approval on additional piece. Meanwhile didnt even do recall parts we were schesuled for. Then

Paul Spady Buick ran an add that contained scratch offs for a chance to win up to $15,000. Everyone I know I scratched off that they won the $750 prize, however there was only one $750 prize. When we called PSB they claimed that just because you scratch the number off doesn't mean that's the amount you won. I understand the business tactic to it, it gets customers in to your store. However, if a business feels the need to lie to you and deceive you just to get you in their doors why would you ever trust them with a large investment, especially when that investment pertains to a long term investment like vehicles.

Went in to check out a Maxima on a Monday morning. Dylan promptly came out to help me. Didn't redirect me to another vehicle or push me, just helped me. I left with a Maxima after chatting with friends I just met in a laid back atmosphere. Great experience!

Well I liked the place when I would do my oil Changes and services on my car, but last month I ordered a new passenger mirror for my car after breaking mine of, and still to this day I haven't received it. Horrible customer service on there part I've been nice and called only once a week and they just keep pushing me off saying it will be soon

Took the truck in for a recall. No appointment. They had the part in Stock. Got it back right away. Fixed it. And got it back out faster than I thought. Awesome dealership. Highly recommended.

I checked my credit report a week after buying a car. The did FIVE credit inquiries. Why? Car was clean-ish. John then salesmen who worked with me was great.
