Washer was draining onto the basement floor instead of going down the floor drain. I called Holling at 8:00am and they had someone here by 8:26am. It was fixed and they were out the door by 9:00am. The woman I spoke with to schedule the service call was pleasant and accommodating. The plumbers they sent were professional. Pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

I do not recommend this place! We were asked to pay upfront since we were new customers. Paid almost 2k for new pipes under our trailer (which we were remodeling and weren’t living in at the time). First time they came they didn’t finish and did not bother to call me. Had to call them back and they said they would be back to finish. Took them a couple more calls before they came back after 2 or 3 weeks. They had to make a hole in the wall to get to where the water heater was at and I asked them if they would rather wait until we got rid of that wall to remodel. They said it would be easier and to call them when we were ready. Called them back a while later and they said they couldn’t come in the evenings because that was only for emergencies. They said they would be there at 8:30 am instead and I said that was fine. They didn’t get there until almost 11am and they didn’t bother to call and say there was a change in their schedule. They wanted to charge me $40 more dollars to get the water outside to work again (guy said he would do it as a side job). I told them It was working before they messed with it and I didn’t have any cash anyways. He said he would talk to his boss and would be back. Two different guys came later and got it working. That evening my husband went to look at what they had done and he noticed that our brand new tub (never used, didn’t even take stickers off of it yet) had like a scrape next to the drain. It was a big black spot like if someone dropped something heavy on it. Called them back and Rodney said he was going to call the guys and ask. He called back said none of them did it and they would look at the tub next morning( today) and maybe they could take it back to menards and say that it was there when we bought it. I worked today so they asked me to leave the door unlocked. I told them I would rather someone be there and so I would talk to my sister so she could be there. Asked them to call her before going to my place to make sure she could be there. Rodney asked me to send him my sisters # and they would call her. They left me a voicemail today around 8:15am saying that they looked at the tub and they did not do that and he didn’t even notice it yesterday. I called my sister and she said they never called her. So they went in even though no one was there and I had asked them to call my sister first!! Very unprofessional, never had an experience like this with anyone!

2 weeks ago they came to fix a leaking pipe and a faucet that would not shut off. The tech hurt himself and broke the main water shut off valve. He said someone would be back to fix it... Still waiting for repair. After calling this morning to see if they forgot about us they called back and said see you next Tuesday...

We had a drain overflowing that was backing up our kitchen sink and bathtub. They came on a super cold Friday evening within an hour of me calling. They were in and out within 20 minutes. Highly recommend!!

They were amazing showed up at around 10 o'clock at night to help me with an RV plumbing issue. Wonderful guys.

We called late at night and they were here within minutes to check it out. They accessed the situation and made an appointment to come back the next day and did a wonderful job repairing the problem for much less than we were expecting to spend.

They came to the house and immediately went to work. They were friendly and explained everything clearly concerning the different type of connections they were using. The installation of my new backflow valve was done quickly and neatly. Worth every dime of the cost! I highly recommend Holling Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I cannot adequately describe how thankful we are for the Holling Plumbing team. We had a couple pipes freeze and burst on two occasions during the cold snap over Christmas. The initial crew was out within two hours and handled the emergency so we could turn our water back on. Another crew was out a couple hours later to trouble shoot our kitchen sink's backed-up sewer line at 9:30 PM. The owner was even with the second crew and he came back out the next morning (Christmas Eve) to turn off the water and drain our water heater so we could leave town for Christmas and not have to worry. He then came back out to turn everything back on as soon as we got back in town. Once we were back, the sewer line ended up bursting due to its freezing, and two crews were out very quickly to first diagnose then repair. We were first time customers and the level of service and professionalism was outstanding, especially given that it was the holidays and that they were all putting in really long hours over multiple days taking care of emergencies like ours. We are so appreciative of them for not only their work and service, but for also helping to save our Christmas. They are definitely our go to plumbers from here on out. Thank you Holling Plumbing!!!

We are always very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of their work. They replaced our water softener and have also done many small repairs to maintain our aging plumbing system. Very nice on the phone too!

All I can say is WOW!! The response time was insanely fast! After being left with no hot water for 4-5 days waiting for the person that use to be our go to plumber to even give us a call back. This morning we were done waiting. I had been doing a little research and found this business and decided to give them a call and with-in I kid you not 20 min they were at my home and already working on replacing my broken water hearter at 9am!! They were finished BY NOON!!! We were all In Complete shock I think it’s safe to say that we found who we will be calling for any future issues 10/10 good work guys thank you so much!!! My family of 5 appreciate you all very very very much!!!
