The first time I called them, I was in full blown emergency situation. The crew who responded, immediately, couldn't have been better. I'm a grateful new customer, forever!

They quickly responded to my call on a Sunday when my hot water heater started leaking. They knew exactly how to fix it and charged me less than a hundred dollars which is very reasonable for an emergency call.

Courteous and knowledgeable... will definitely call with any future issues. Hope I don't have to, but know there are professionals here who know their stuff...

While I am satisfied with the work they did in clearing out the roots in my sewer drain line. This they did a very thorough and complete job for a reasonable price. However they did a terrible job in keeping their working area clean and had to be instructed by me to wipe down their equipment before they carted it and dripped sewage all throughout my house. They also did not take any care in how they went about their work ensuring that they did not get sewage on my things around the area. They sprayed sewage a good 10 feet away from where they were working on a rug and some clean clothes in a laundry basket near my dryer and left sewage all over the floor. I would pay good money to find just one plumber that takes pride in their work including leaving their job site clean. I have yet to find a plumber in Hastings that can fulfill this responsibility in any regard.

Has done great work for us in the past. Knows what he is doing and has always fixed my plumbing emergencies quickly. Asked to have a shower retiled. At the time he said he was "a few weeks out"...4 Months later we have had 4 dates he said he was starting...first 2 he canceled on, the last 2 dates he was "for sure" starting on he has completely no showed on us with no communication what so ever that he wasn't coming. Unfortunately looking for someone else to do our work.

Holling Plumbing is always quick with their service. They were very helpful and helped me set up payments in my time of emergency. Their staff have always been very professional, and let me know when leaving and when they would return.

Wow - this company is great! They came on a Sunday and they were here for over three hours, maybe longer, cleaning out my sewer. I had a backup into the basement, finding a mess down there this morning. I called and they were here in less than an hour and stuck with it until they finally got it to clear out! AND, they didn't charge any extra for the time invested or being a Sunday!! This is definitely the company to go to. I will be having them do some more plumbing work for me quite soon.

I don't normally write reviews like this, but I felt compelled this time. I don't have enough good to say about these guys. I began calling plumbers at about 9PM on a Sunday night when my basement began flooding. They were the first and only ones to respond to my request for help. They quickly showed up with 3 guys to begin working. As it turned out, a sewage line had broken in my basement... major surgery. They had a crew of about 5 people there bright and early Monday morning. They tore out and hauled off carpet and jackhammered concrete, and had me back up and using my plumbing by 5PM Monday. Thanks to Rodney and crew for helping in my time of need.

Needed a plumber to clean the drains after some back up one evening. They were great keeping us informed as to their arrival. They were quick, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Recommend for any emergency plumbing call.

Friendly people and did an excellent job on my new bathroom. Love having laundry room upstairs now. Nice sit down shower! Appreciate all they did.
