Best place for ice cream!

Took about 7 minutes to order a small blizzard from the drive thru, as well as they don't have DQ rewards even tho they say that they acccept them.

The service was slow and they made us wait 20 minutes before we finally got our hot fudge sundays. The ether need to hire more help or make the people they have work instead of stay doing around d visiting.

Service is VERY, VERY slow. It took 10 minutes to make a strawberry sundae when there were not busy at all. Staff isn't always very friendly and I only go here if I have no other choice!

I give it a 4 ONLY because of the temperature, it was freezing, I understand this is an ice cream shop but still I would have made the lobby a little more enjoyable for customers we ended up eating outside but the food was good, the service was fast and friendly!!

Made an order in the drive through and when sitting at the window we got to see the person making our order slamming things around and had an overall HORRIBLE attitude. When calling them to let them know what had happened all we got in a response was,"well we have your order sitting right here sooo ya."

Service has much to be desired. The staff are not friendly and never smile at the customers.

It’s National Hotdog Day so I thought I’d grab a hotdog with mustard and onions and a shake for my drive home to Grand Island! Wellllll...I’m not sure how the hotdogs are normally cooked, but this one was microwaved so long that it was inedible. I was really bummed too because I was already 5 minutes into my trip back so I wasn’t going to turn back around. Please tell the staff if that is how things are going to be heated up to serve, they don’t need to leave it in for that long. The shake was pretty good. :) Thank you.

Just had a horrible experience here. Took my son on a mommy date and he picked DQ. I ordered a salad for myself and kids meal for him and paid. As we waited I heard someone, possibly the manager?, yelling at the girl who took our order that they were out of lettuce and no salad and that she needed to go tell me. So the girl did, after a new minutes, come tell me there was a problem and the lettuce was recalled and I could order something else. So I went to order again and no one was there to take my order. Finally she took it. But no refund was issued for the salad and there was a significant difference in price. Whatever, I just waited for the food and tried not to make a scene bc it was busy. But then my food arrived wrong, no apologies for anything and the girl just dropped the burger on the table and left. Almost as though she knew they were in the wrong. Horrible disappointment! We won’t return anytime soon. It was so awkward to watch the girl get yelled at and then have such horrible service and basically get robbed of my money.
