Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Place is terribly slow and seems understaffed constantly. Only two or three people working on days where there is 10 people in drive through at a time. Employees usually are pretty clean and nice but need to work on their time management.

Food was ok but tasted like it had been in the warmer a little long.

One of the few places I can still get grilled chicken . We got blizzards after our meals ( always love how they turn them upside down ) sad that they were not able to get the pumpkin products ,but can't hold that against them ,great customer service and clean tables !

Service was subpar compared to other locations. The food was cold and the icecream was nothing to write home about. The twist cones were lopsided and not appealing. The staff give attitudes when you correct them about missing items on an order. This list goes on and on.

The past three times I've gone here, it's taken forever to get my food. Today, there was a line, so no big deal. I gave my order at the speaker, and the girl asked if that was all. I started to answer, and she cut me off and started to read my order back to me. Good thing I was done, I guess. Then, when I got to the window, the girl took my payment and gave me a receipt and told me my food would be right out. Cool. She opens the window gives me my food, and promptly shuts the window and turns back around to her coworkers talking and laughing. Didn't give me a chance to even say "Thank you". Seems to be mostly around lunch hour when teenagers are working when this type of thing happens. And, no, I have nothing against teenagers and it doesn't happen every time, just seems to be more common. Also, when I got my food, everything was right, but the Texas toast just looked like a piece of plain bread drenched in butter. Haven't had the toast in awhile, so maybe they changed it? Not how I remember it at all.

Food was much better, store was clean, fries could use work, not perfect but reasonable speed.

I love their food. Their service not so much. Do NOT attempt a quick drive thru. Not once have I been through their drive thru faster than 20 minutes. Staff is always off putting or blatantly rude. You definitely get the vibe that they would much rather be doing literally anything else but helping you. But the service is SO SLOW. Fast food they are not.j4r Last time my fries were a little cool. Blizzards are usually not that greatly made. Floors are moderately kept okay clean. Bathrooms arent great. Shame their service is so slow and rude because their lunch deal is a steal.

They were extremely slow and they ignored our presence for 20 minutes before rudely asking, "what do you want?" Then they told me what I said was wrong when I repeated my order because "they couldn't hear me" the first time and proceeded to confuse me on a simple order. Then we waited 15 more minutes for our food. The food was good, but they really need to work on their customer service.

We don't have anything like this where we live in a small small town. But I LOVE their seasonal changes in desserts and a must have for a treat or a pleasure when in town. People are pleasant and serve us at our table with a smile. They always make me feel like it's a pleasure to help me rather than just a job. Yummy and quite busy. You can always plan on the food being HOT and pleasant atmosphere

Food wasn't bad but it seems like they're very inefficient on getting it out to the right person they lose track in the Drive-Thru having to check with you to see what you ordered happened more than once or they forget the amenities like ranch dressing when you ask for it through the drive-thru happen more than once and it doesn't seem like they're very fast I had to wait out front and then they came to my window asking me if someone else's food was mine not sure how to remedy that other than that it wasn't bad not sure they need a five star rating
