I have dined here twice, and I have to say the quality of the dishes are spot on. The customer service of the wait staff and Bartender is very good. The prices are amazing for what they put out. But where they failed was in the demeanor of the Host/Manager. Restaurants in the USA differ from other businesses, in the fact that the hours that you post, are the Hours that dinners can still come into eat. You don't try to get the guest to NOT COME IN, just because it's 9:12 and you close at 9:30. The closing time does not mean all your guest have to leave. In my 36 years as a Chef, Manager, Owner of an eating establishment, I have seen scores of Restaurants FAIL because a Supervisor or Assistant Mgr wants to go home. Trends like this can happen, and then your Restaurant gets a reputation for closing early or not taking in late diners. Then what happens is a group of people who are out, want to go eat, say Sushi after 9pm. Their might be 4 of them, their might be 20. But because your establishment has a bad reputation for not taking in late dinners, they decide to go somewhere else, and you will never know about the business you almost had. I have seen this over, and over, and over again, and I have been a part of those groups that think of your establishment, then look at the time and go somewhere else. If you want everyone off the premises by 10pm, you need to then list 9pm as your closing time. It's hard enough making it with a restaurant, there is no reason to shoot yourself in the foot doing it. You never know who your guests maybe, or who they may recommend or not recommend your Restaurant.

Our party of three went for dinner. Wait staff very nice and accommodating. Two if our meals were fine, one tasted almost like rancid oil. Server said they'd had trouble with the person who does the fried rice dishes. But the place was clean and the food arrived quickly.

Excellent customer service & very good price for the amount of food they serve.

Great service. Bad sushi. Surf clams on deluxe sashimi platter had a dried out surface. They obviously sat around way too long. Any sushi chef that would send out food looking like this should be fired! Absolutely substandard sushi. Avoid this restaurant unless you don't care if they make you sick or don't really like sushi. This place would be out of business in a couple of months in a bigger city that has sushi choices.

I ordered the gluten free Alaskan Delight. It was awful. The salmon was cooked to a crisp; dry, dry, dry. There was no seasoning at all; not even salt. This dish was bland and overcooked. I expect better for $18.00.

Who knew that such a gem could exsist in Grand Island Nebraska? I got a couple of rolls at lunch time with hot tea. The wait staff was amazingly pleasant, despite being under staffed. The sushi was phenomenal. I regret that it's so far away, or I would be there more!

Got a special drink, an appetizer, 2 rolls, and dessert. All boring and/or low flavor. The most exciting part about the place is the cherry blossoms behind the bar. Overall very meh experience.

Charming spot for fresh, tasty Asian dishes. I loved everything I tried. The cucumber noodle salad, tuna tataki, and seafood delight. The tuna tataki was a bit too peppery for my taste but I gobbled it up anyway. Our server was kind, helpful, and genteel.

The food was good and the portions were more than big enough...... however after pur food came with we waited 40 minutes for 2 kids meals and 4 rolls we did not see our waiter again. I sent the family to the car and sat at the table alone for 15 or 20 min before I seen our waiter again. If it was busy I would understand but it wasn't half full..... we will not be back again!!!!
