My boyfriend and I were very excited to try this place but that quickly changed to disappointment. The staff was just standing around. It took about 15 minutes for someone to finally come ask us about drinks and they weren’t even busy. The bento boxes were unflavored, the chicken was dry and such an odd texture. The only decent thing was the gyoza. We also ordered a soft shell crab sushi roll that was $12.99 and it was 5 pieces and extremely bland. Maybe we had an unusual experience but I won’t be returning

Honestly the samurai roll here was my most worst experience of samurai roll.. It was hard and crunchy. And pretty long wait. If you have time to wait you'll be fine. Prices of course are up there campared with amount you get, just like everywhere else

This place is a hidden gem. The food is very good. We ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp, which was better than what we get in Los Angeles! The vegetable tempura was perfectly light and crispy, like tempura should be. The mushrooms being extremely tasty. The seaweed cucumber salad was outstanding. It was fresh and delicate with a touch of sweetness and sesame flavor. The chicken wrap is definitely worth a taste. It tasted almost like ground pork cooked in a tasty sauce. The star of the show (not to diminish the other dishes) was the chef's choice sashimi. It was so fresh! The inside of the restaurant is modern, but a bit tired (chairs needed some reupholstering), so don't let this disease you from stopping by. It was full of locals on Saturday night.

It was good, didn't wait long for food to be ready. We waited for a while after for the check due to either short staff or poor time management. Overall good experience. Little pricey but reasonable. Review on what i ordered: Mango lemonade/ice tea - slightly too sweet but had good flavor Scallion pancakes- could've been cooked a little longer but the flavor is amazing and i get it every time Eel/Egg/Shrimp Sashimi - nothing bad to say, very good and nicley cut and is the picture attached

A must in Grand Island. Had a great dinner at the WASABI BISTRO! The staff seated us right away. The dinning area was spacious and clean, they have bar seating that faces into the sushi prep area too. We both had a sushi combo that came with soup & salad. The miso soup was good, the broth was excellent but the tofu was very mushy. The sushi was superb, they did an awesome job with super fresh ingredient and quality fish. The spicy salmon roll was great, along with the bbq eel (my favorite sushi). I had the sushi deluxe and my partner had the Chirashi which he said was excellent as well.

Found out this restaurant after just stopping by Walmart. The place is very accessible and one of the only restaurants that's open late (until 10pm). It took a while for the server to get to us but it was a little busy that night so it's wasn't such a big deal. There were sooo many options but we ended up getting the Crispy California, Shrimp with Cream cheese roll and honey walnut shrimp. So far, this has been my best experience with sushi, everything was so delicious that we thought about coming back to try more! I would definitely recommend this to everyone even to those who hates sushi.

The restaurant is a bit understaffed so be patient everyone is nice. The food was okay in flavor but lacked presentation and attraction. The Pad Thai was a bit pale in color and the noodles were soggy and overcooked. My sushi roll was lacking a little bit of rice and structure. It tasted fine but I've had better for a cheaper price. I'll give the place another shot but I'll keep my expectations low.

Awesome service! I had the seafood delight. They specialize in sushi... It was okay. Good portions. The Mocha mousse cake was an artistic masterpiece. Worth stopping in. Next time I will try the sushi.

The calamari was really really good. The batter was light and airy and the calamari was cooked right…not chewy. Crab Rangoon has too much cream cheese in it. More crab would be nice. Shrimp pad nice was sweet and overflow with sauce makes it soggy. Shrimp tempura rolls was delicious and I wish they used a better “real” wasabi and ginger.
