Tina's Nail Spa

First time there nails were smooth and decent. This time my nails are very bumpy and uneven. Got two cuts from her using a nail filer. Some nails not even all of my own nail is covered with the powder tips. On top of that they charge $33 for a 7 yr old kids color dip. Won't be back

Went in for a refill and the lady refused to let me get the color I’d asked for because I guess it would have been too much work to take off the color that I’d had before, even though that’s what they were being paid for. So she basically forced me to choose another color that was darker to cover the previous color, which was no big deal but I realize that she just did not want to spend the time doing a good job because not Only did I have to settle on a color but the shape of the nails are completely off... I asked for coffin shape and ended up with almond shape and they are all uneven and lumpy with lots of air bubbles.

I am from out of state, I asked for a French manicure only one person could do it. It was thick and uneven. My nails flared it on the ends and I had to file them when I left. Very disappointed

Highly recommend Tina’s Nail Spa! Tomorrow is my wedding and one of my nails broke. They were able to get me in and did amazing job fixing my broken nail.

Walked in asked for 2 pedicures they said wait a lil bit. Sat for over an hour with no acknowledgement if when they would get to us. Two ladies walked in with appoints ans had to wait as well. Walked out without getting a pedicure because of it

Love getting my nails done here. They do a beautiful job and I feel they have so many color options you should never have a problem finding just the right nail color. I had never tried the dip powder before but definitely better than doing acrylic nails. I feel they are fairly priced in comparison to what other people I know pay at other salons in grand island

Wanted purple glitter tips. She put one sparse coat on that didn’t even make it all the way to the tip. When I asked for an additional coat, I was told it would make it too thick. Fine, my bad for choosing that, but tips should cover the tip of the nail. Also, my nails were painted to my skin with the clear coat. The only reason two stars were given is they actually trimmed the cuticles unlike other places these days, which used to be a staple. The base color was decent.

My go to place! When I need to relax and get pamper . My nail Lady , is ( Tram ) amazing Job always! Knows what I want and gets it done Everyone very friendly overall .

We've been going to Tina's Nails for a long time! We've spent lots of $$$ at Tina's! I've done acrylic nails since I remember and NEVER this problem! I was told by nail technician to try dip because it's better for your nails! WRONG!!! I had dip put on 9/16 & many chipped, fell off, or broke off! 10-1(today)went in to have them fixed and was told it would be $33 & I was to hard on them! VERY frustrated since I live 2.5 hours away! Owner didn't say much and should know CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! I asked for them fixed or I want my money back! Of course she wouldn't give my money back but wouldn't you do what you could to save loyal customers?!?!Finally...nail technician told me she'd fix "ONLY" 2 because it's been such a long time!! So...being VERY frustrated I let her do that! They all started talking the language they speak that no one can understand while looking at me! VERY RUDE!! We left there and went to a VERY nice place! I was told Tina should have fixed everything without questions! I got fixed right up without any charge from a different nail salon!!! **Ladies PLEASE check around because there's better nail places in Grand Island!** More respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable, takes pride in what they do, and not as costly! I regret not doing this sooner! I'll never go back to Tina's Nails after this and they'll lose more client's than me! Customer service as I've witnessed today won't keep your doors open!
