Always nice people! Great prices and affordable. They always take great care and nail result is always amazing! Relaxing environment and peaceful decor.

I have been coming here for the past year,but today I'm not impressed with the color of polish, I told them when I seen the bottle that it looked different than the sample, the number was the same so the guy just brushed me off saying it looks different in the bottle. When the manicure was done and compared to the sample it was different, no apology, and the guy had someone else finish my manicure

The nail spa is not professional and provides low quality services. Do not recommend. Mine and my daughters nails were bumpy and shaped at angles. Was definitely not worth the charge.

Sometimes they're are slow because it takes time you have to respect there process and a lot of people go there. It a really nice place to go to and I wolud go there any chance I'd get. Some of those Reviews are a lie the best place I been to.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I feel like I have been a pretty loyal customer for the past two years. I don't come in every month but this WAS my go to nail salon, but after today's service I will NEVER set foot in there again! The lady who did my nails just got up and walked away from me without saying a word to me! I waited 5-7 minutes for her to come back just to realize she walked away from me to go wax someone else's eye brows! Like I wasn't important enough to finish first! On top of that she made my nails so thin that I broke 2 of them within two hours of leaving the salon! I had to go back and get them fixed and that lady was just rude! She didn't even apologize for the bad work! Then my sister got stuck with that AWFUL guy that works there. He is horrible! He goes way to fast, he cut her a couple times and then argued with her about how she wanted them shaped!! Last I checked we were paying for a service we want so if you are asked to shape the nail a certain way you do that it is called customer service. All of you need to work on your customer service skills. So peace out Tina's nails! You lost a loyal customer today!

First visit was good. Second visit was horrible. The uoung man was rude. He kept yanking on my hands, I have arthritic hands and this caused pain. Gel nail thickness varied, some were very thick. Also has blobs, running and bubbles in shellac. Will never go back.

They did a great job with my nails and they were very helpful with picking color and designed and they didn't get upset when I wanted to change the design. I will definitely go back

I had scheduled a girls day out. What should have been relaxing, was stressful. I left completely disappointed. They made me feel demanding and rude when it was really they who were rude to me. I was luckily able to go have a drink afterwards. To say their customer service was lacking is an extreme understatement. I will never go back.

Tina's Nail is the absolute best! The owners are super nice, considerate, and do a GREAT job for their customers. I receive compliments all of the time on my nails. My husband especially loves getting a pedicure there, too!
