My waitress Tammy was very good. You would think for being over 50 she wouldn’t have as much energy as a younger waiter/waitress, but she definitely impressed me. She never once made it feel like she was intruding on our privacy and she didn’t ask to fill our waters she just did it. Many times in fact I had no idea she had even filled it until I went for a drink. This to me is amazing because I like to make a joke “No drip, no tip.” If I can drink my water and eat my ice before they fill my water I like to make that joke. Tammy overall has made it as my top waitress that I have ever had. Very impressed and satisfied with my visit. I have never requested a waitress, but I would highly recommend doing so if you stop into Red Lobster here in Grand Island.

It has not only been the first time i call te get placed on the waiting list and they take me out for no reason,they said wait time was about an hour and so i waited 25mnts at home then headed over to your location where ive waited 15mnts at the parking lot expecting a msg or a call but nothing and so after 45mnts i called back and they told me i shouldve been in there and if i wanted i could check in the wait list again they were totally rude this is the 3rd time i have issues at this location and so definitely wont recomended to any one i know anymore, not all locations are the same but this one is definitely the worst

Everything was prepared as ordered and hot. Crab legs cooked properly and shelled easily. However the pace was a little off. Salads came late and entrees early. Not a problem as our server kept the drinks full.

Food was good as well as server did great. Mgr, very dismissive. Salad severed and not 3 minutes later the Food was served. Not the way it should be done. When questioned, sever said she'd send mgr over, not once but 3 or 4 times. He was a no show! We eat and left, we'll think twice about going back.
