A friend and I walked in, at 11am on a Sunday..waitress was prompt to seat us, bring our water glasses and take our orders. Generous portions. Both of us took home leftovers. She helped us use credit cards at our table. Very happy for my birthday meal!

Red lobster use to be a nice to place to eat. It was filthy, saw the server twice in 30 min, it was very chaotic. Would not recommend.

We went in for a latenlunchbearly dinner (3:30) & the Waitress was more worried about clocking out than making our dining experience good. Food was eh.....the quality has definitely gone down hill. Eat here is you are absolutely craving it, otherwise you could spend your money at a different restaurant and be much more pleased.

We were here last week, the waitress kindly reminded us that the place closes at 9:30, she said “oh it won’t be a problem tho, we have 30 minutes” In that 30 minutes the staff was vacuuming by our table a few times and seemed very anxious to leave. Our waitress told us that some of the younger staff were “anxious to leave.” Several of the staff appeared to be waiting around the back and hovering around the door. The lobster was chewy and the steak was full of gristle. I always tip well and appreciate my wait staff. However, If you want to leave by 9:30 CLose the doors at 9. I would have gladly gone where I could have relaxed! It was the worst experience I have had at a Red Lobster.

Red Lobster NOW has fish-n-chips, which is a pleasant change since my prior review, below. Changing my rating from 2 to 5 stars (realistically would be more like 4.3 stars but I'm feeling happy about the change). This is a fish house that does not offer fish-n-chips on the menu! , The closest thing to fish-n-chips ended up costing significantly more than my wife's shrimp platter, and the chips were only available as one of the "side" options. Suggestion to Red Lobster: get true with your roots.

I don’t know what has happened, but your restaurant went from mediocre to very good suddenly! ❤️ Although I never found it on the menu, I asked if I could have catfish filet….it was excellent….almost as good as my own. Server was so sweet and helpful, Madi was great! I will be back!
