Menards

I feel safe shopping at Menards. You are required to wear a mask for the protection of everyone. I had Covid. Covid would kill me if I caught the virus again. The staff are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store.

This place is the worst! Honestly, I don't know why I ever came back. I spent 3000 dollars on decking material for a project only to have then take my money and then NOT have the materials needed. And YES, it was indicated as "in stock" on my order sheet. Now I have a half finished deck with no indication when the rest of the materials will come in. I will not be back EVER.

Well here it is 3 years after my last review and there has not been much change at our local store other than the redesign of the store which gives them more room for products snd more selection for the customer. As far as customers service,, it is no better than before and maybe a little worse. Rebate are still a pain but I have my wife doing it and I just get to spend it at Menards. I'm posting s few pictures today but it was difficult getting the shots because there was so many people there but most of the are free of customers. I like Menard's except the "rebates". Its 11% but not cash just credit, and the hassles of redeeming the rebates (credit) I'd rather have a cash discount without all the forms and mailing and run around. I suppose they could do the redemption online. Anyway, I do like their selection and they have fair customer service. Certainly better than Walmart but not anywhere as good ace Ace Hardware. Pricing is good.

Always a pleasure to shop Menards!!! But watch out for their rebates...I spent $11000.00 in there and I sent in for my rebate, on time and it magically disappeared and I can't get anyway to find out about it???

Disappointed. We were directed by 4 different people for one item and never found it. We asked for directions for our other items and each person seemed to be clueless. Are Mondays "new trainee" day?

Jane L. Needs a serious promotion and pay raise. I had two people (one was even a manager) tell me they don't have what I wanted and that ineeded to drive an hour to Lincoln. She went right to it and was very helpful with everything else we needed. She's the best customer service person I've ever seen in this store! If you lose her, you lose my business. Period.

Thank you for doing what is right and placing some restrictions on customers entering your store. I truely felt more comfortable shopping at your store and will frequent it more in the future soley based off your concern for our communities health!

They were more helpful this time around. They are more expensive than Home Depot. Not sure why they make you send in for the rebate instead of just giving the 11% off at the register.

The store is a chaotic mess. And out of asking 4 different people only one knew where to find a specific product. But it's also a great place because they have such a diverse inventory. If you could fine it.

Extremely difficult to find someone to help you in the outdoor landscaping section, little to no help loading 40# pavers & when we needed to return for the rest of our order I called ahead to ask if they would have the remaining amount loaded on a pallet& ready to go & I was told no because people were still shopping in the store. Not to mention we had to load our new patio set ourselves while the employee sat there & watched. However home depot staff were more than helpful friendly & loaded all our 6' fencing, posts & cement we ended up purchasing with them because of the lack of help at Menards
