Menards

Great store. But customer service is horrible. Went and bought stove piping. Cashier told me the price after ringing it all up. Wrote the check for the amount she told me. Next day find out an extra $100 was taken out from what I wrote check for. Looked at receipt and it was $100 more than what I wrote check for. They have been rude about the entire ordeal. Not a huge deal but they are trying to say it doesn't matter what I wrote my check for it only matters what the amount was on their computer. So everyone be advised when writing a check at Menards and make sure everything is right. Check receipt as soon as you get it.

Love Menards we tend to spend way too much time in there than we planned. But we had a great sales associate Jamie, who helped us in the paint section. When we needed stain for our mantel. He was knowledgeable and friendly he took his time and made real suggestions that fit our needs. We appreciated the fact that he actually listened to us and didn't act like we were bothering him which was incredibly refreshing. Thank you Jamie you're the best and a great example of why we choose Menards as our go to store.

Great Xmas decor, got lots.

Getting help wasn't very easy and noone seemed very knowledgeable in either dept. we were shopping in. Lastly their storing the drywall outside in the humidity causing it to be soft and nearly unusable

I was trying to purchase drywall from the contractor desk when the manger of the store informed me I couldn't purchase anything with out a mask, i explained to him I have severe asthma and have trouble breathing through one he sad to bad you need to leave or I will have you removed. Last time I checked I live in America the land of the free, just not in menards. At least Home Depot was understanding about it.

It's menards. Checkouts usually not super fast but they have good prices and usually in stock. Will continue to visit.

I had a return for a damaged in box item. Customer service was very good and I was able to get help both loading and unloading the unit. Reason for only 3 stars is that I got a damaged piece to begin with.

Always happy with my visits here. Friendly service and helpful staff. Always having a great experience each time I go in. I'm greeted with a smile and 9 out of 10 times I'm asked if I need any help.

Great service. Good quality products. They do well to enforce the wearing of masks helping to reduce the risk of spreading covid 19. Overall, Menards is a great store. ill be visiting them again.

Staff was very helpful and we got everything we needed for cheaper than any place else around
