Stopped for breakfast and went out of our way to go to a family restaurant rather than a chain restaurant but unfortunately was not a great dining experience. Our waitress was very nice they are attentive but our food was ice cold, my eggs were so undercooked the whites were still clear and the corned beef hash was charred and cold. I know it's been a tough couple years but just a heads up for fellow travellers.

Always good food! My husband and his buddy say their liver and onions and homemade pies are the best around. I love the hot roast beef sandwich, but everything I've tried has been good! Lots of variety and a soup/salad bar as well. We always leave full and satisfied!

Tonight was my first night stopping by, had a super bad day and just wanted to sit in the quiet and relax. Diddnt catch her name but she was a shorter lady, I sat in the back and ordered chicken fried steak which was delicious, but I will return just because of the waitress. She could Definitely tell that I was down and made sure to check and see if I was ok, but diddnt pry and try to question me. I appreciate you, if you see this just know that I am far from ok today but you did make my day better and next time I come back which will be soon I'm only going to sit in your section.

Great food!! Love that they have been open 50 years. There's not too many sit down family restaurants around anymore where you can get a awesome home cooked meal.

If You Are Ever In Nebraska Stop In Grand Island At Lee’s Family Restaurant They Have The Best Food And Service Hands Down
