I went to the shop today for a coolant flush on my 97 Bonneville. My car had a few other things that needed addressed right away and I'm glad the staff here noticed it and consulted with me about the price. Job well done. Will definitely be back. Was in and out in about 40 minutes.

Long story short, we were in a pinch driving to CO from Iowa. It was over 100 and our AC went out. We also realized our oil needed changed. The customer service was exceptional and the honesty about what they could do for our AC was greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for not taking advantage of a tourist, it could have been very easy to. Thank you so much! Honest, quick, speedy.

Our oil change was fast and very professional. We are on a road trip and did not want to spend anymore time than necessary doing car maintenance- in and out in less than 25 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

When I pulled into a parking space I was greeted right away and directed to an available stall and I was out of there within 20 minutes. They were very efficient with my oil change. They answered all my question and were super helpful!

a very big price to replace even synthetic oil and a filter of $ 115 when everywhere a maximum of $ 78-85 will never come again and I do not advise others

The oil change was quick and professional. The mechanics who helped were very personable. To put the change over the top, they gave me a student discount! As a college student working an internship, this was very helpful. Would recommend this location to anyone.

I delivered to Grand Island this morning and was badly in need of an oil change. Searched for a Jiffy and called them. Wonderful, knowledgeable man by the name of Jared, answered every question I had, and was pleasant to talk to. I headed over there and got right in. Scott and Jared both attended to my truck. I'll mention that have one that has the oil filter in a tough place. Yet, they handled that with ease. I get oil changes all over this country. Many folks go through that job as if the day can't get over fast enough ...but when you find a manager, and crew, like this store has, you make a note of it and go out of your way to return. I would do that for this team. Thank you Jared, and thanks Scott, for being the professional and caring folks you are. I will be back! :-) Be safe!

Always the best customer service, accompanied by quality assistance getting my car ready to go for long trips or just a tune up when needed. Jared, the GM makes it a priority to explain the services they are providing and demonstrates a genuine interest in our experience and satisfaction. We never go anywhere else!

Walked-in for an oil change. The representative was kind, courteous, and a good communicator who ensured I had reliable wifi during my wait. He did this while servicing my car and 3 others who checked-in shortly after. I was in-and-out within 20 minutes, and the charges were transparently shared line-by-line, and seasonal discounts applied without my asking. Would go back again, but I was merely driving through on my cross-country trip. In any case, this community is lucky to have them!
