Oil leak. Took it back in and found out it was a faulty gasket on the oil filter. They replaced it and cleaned up the oil under my car. These guys are friendly and helpful

These guys are awesome. They diagnosed and fixed a oil leak on our car. They got us in immediately and did not charge us a dime. We are from out of town and thought we would not be getting back home!!! Thanks so much!!! We appreciate you guys very much!!! You guys are the best!!! Would give you 10 stars if I could!!!

Went in because my AC wasn’t working. Had my 4 kids with me and they went above and beyond to not only work as quickly as possible but to make me and my kids as comfortable as possible. They also didn’t screw me with prices. They’re incredibly trustworthy and hardworking people! Will take my car to get serviced here from now on!

I’ve been VERY remiss in not posting my highest praise for Jared and Dave at Jiffy Lube #29 (now celebrating its 50th anniversary, proudly the oldest operating Jiffy Lube in USA) since they saved us last October. We were halfway across country towing our teardrop trailer with our Subaru Outback from ME to CA when upon our arrival in Grand Island, NB late on a Friday night, our car developed a serious exhaust problem. With not a Subaru dealership for 200 miles, on Saturday morning in desperation I called and spoke to Dave who told me to bring the car over. An hour later, Dave and Jared showed us the problem (a broken strap hanger which led to a cracked exhaust line), quoted us a price and assured us they would have replacement parts delivered and the repair made by the next Tuesday. They were not only as good as their word, but the cost came in under the initial bid, they showed us the completed repair, and had us on our way by noon. But was so surprising was that Jared called us two days later to check on how the repair and the continuation of our trip was going. My wife and I work in service businesses so we know and appreciate great service when we experience it. The team at Jiffylube in Grand Island are great mechanics, but even better people! George R.

I arrived without an appointment and they got me right in. The tech came in and explained all the different prices and there was no hard sell, I picked the service I wanted. They also suggested I change my air filter, which was filthy. Again, no hard sell, just a suggestion. I was in and out within 30 min. Great service and very professional.

I drove up and was serviced asap. Derrick, assistant gm, was very nice and helpful! My oil change went fast, they went through the whole checklist (tires,lights,filter,ect.), and they took the time to change my break light! Great customer service.

I had an issue on my way home unrelated to my oil change. I called the store 15 minutes before they closed and they reassured me they would wait and look at my car. The whole team stayed and diagnosed the issue quickly. The manager explained what was going on and had the car repaired before they all left for the day. Everyone was professional and kind even though the issue was not theirs to fix and it was after hours. I will definitely be back!

Great shop, fantastic employees, large clean shop, easy to find location at Hwy 281and State St. Large parking area. Quick in and out services! All of the staff at Jiffy Lube Grand Island are super friendly, knowledgable, professional, courteous and helpful. Jerod the general manager runs a tight ship. Very reasonable pricing and quotes are accurate. They are super fast at drive through oil changes, but also offer many other services. They do tune ups, wiper blades, inspections, brakes, lifts, etc. I took my F-150 in for a 2 inch rear block lift, and took just about 1/2 hour. Looks great! They offer discounts for military, veterans, and first responders (much appreciated). Thank you, Jerod, Bryan, Homer, and Derrick. I give you guys 5 gold stars and highly recommend!
