I’ve always had a horrible experience with dentist so I was nervous. I had a deep cleaning done and was extremely nervous because I hate needles. My dental hygienist was Jodi and I can’t thank her enough. She has so much patience, is so understanding, and makes you as comfortable as she can!

I absolutely love the staff and Dr.May is hands done the best dentist I have had a fear of the dentist since I was little. My experience at Tri-Valley Dental has been stellar. Going to the dentist isn’t something I have enjoyed over the years, but they have made the experience much more pleasurable than other dentists I have been to. They make sure I am as comfortable as possible, utilizing modern tools and methods that are of highest quality. I am so impressed with there service....the best around.

Tasha was gentle with my cleaning. After 2 years of no cleaning done due to COVID I was expecting the worst. However, gentle cleaning with no concerns for cavities I say it was great first visit. Thanks to Dr. Gacho and Tasha for great first time office visit.

We have been seeing Dr. May for over 22 years, he & his staff are excellent in their field! Not only has their work exceeded our expectations, they have gone above & beyond to work with us on scheduling & to present the options to benefit our teeth & health. I had three teeth pulled to get ready for a partial. I have had many teeth pulled before at different dentists & have never had a complaint, but this time, I can honestly say it hurt quite a bit. I felt they were in a hurry & just wanted to hurry up & get it done. The dentist told me to raise my hand if I was feeling pain (not pressure), but when I raised my hand and said, that’s not just pressure, they just kept going. I should’ve made them stop, but I figured I could handle it. The right side of my jaw is still sore from them prying down instead of pulling straight out. I just feel they could have done a better job. Also, do not reschedule appointments, even if you call days ahead of time. I had migraines and had to reschedule a couple of times & when I tried to reschedule two days ahead of my appointment because I had an appointment with my neurosurgeon for the same day, at the same time, they wouldn’t reschedule. Not even for earlier or later that same day. It was either show up to the appointment 2 days later, as scheduled, or I couldn’t be a patient of theirs anymore. I chose my neurosurgeon appointment over them.

I have the up most respect for Dr. May and his staff! They are so to the point and ready to tackle problems. They work with you financially and with adjusting scheueles. Just a great business....and the actually care and show it.....I strongly recommend them to anyone be it kiddos on up. My boys leave there smiling and proud. I love this place. I use to be terrified of dentists until I came here. I will never go anywhere else.

Everyone was so kind and caring. My treatment plan was explained thoroughly and step by step. I would definitely recommend Tri Valley Dental to all of my friends and family. Keep up the great work.
