This is a great place. Everyone was friendly and nice and listened to what you had to say. All the while he was cleaning my teeth he kept asking if he was hurting me. This is a great place with awesome people!!! I would totally recommend going here!

Absolutely awful place, stay clear at all costs. I went in to get a root canal two weeks ago. The old man, DR May ended up missing with the numbing injection THREE times due to his shaking hands. He kept saying “sorry” and that he’d “have to go get another” and I quote, because, “I just keep missing a bit.” One nearly went down my throat. Had I not gagged, I’m confident he would have stabbed my uvula. He had to finally get someone else to do it. This elderly man, who appeared as if he had a Parkinson’s diagnosis, was also the one who was set to perform my ROOT CANAL. I asked for someone else, they told me there was no one else. Out of no surprise, he drilled into my tongue and then my cheek all in one go, and I started profusely bleeding. They apologised and told me that I would have to come back and scheduled me an appointment for the FOLLOWING DAY. I told them I won’t be coming back and the extremely rude woman who works the front desk looked me in the eye and coldly said, “if you cancel tomorrow you will owe $150 for a cancellation fee, and we will blacklist you from coming back.” I told her, “my mouth is still bleeding and I’m going to the hospital, there is no way you actually expect me to do tomorrow.” She said, and once again I quote, “that is office policy specifically for patients paying out of pocket.” I cannot afford insurance. They treated me awful, destroyed my mouth, which now two weeks later still hasn’t healed, and I am told because I cannot afford insurance I am immediately charged a fine and barred from coming back. (Don’t really care about being barred from the place, clearly I would NEVER step foot in this filthy, rude, and quite insane environment again.

The entire staff was 100% professional, kind, and caring. They all made me feel at ease. Still waiting for the sweater for my tooth.

Madison was SO through! My last dentist was rough with cleaning and left my gums sore and bleeding! Madison was always checking to make sure I was comfortable! Didn't expect charge for fluoride though, i won't be getting next time.

This is the Dental Office to go to in the surrounding area! If you have any fear of the dentist, they make you feel safe and calm. I love Dr May and Abby

Tri-Valley was great! I had not been to the dentist for a while and was happy to have a positive experience! The hygienist Maddy was very kind and made sure I understood everything she was doing. Definitely would recommend going to Tri-Valley for all your dental needs.

The staff was great, very knowledgeable, polite, and made me feel very comfortable. I’ve never felt so at ease at the dentist as I did at Tri-Valley Dental. Dr Cacho was Amazing. I will be continuing my dental care with them. Thank You All

I have only been a patient for a short time, but everyone has been great. I am as happy as I can be with my experience at Tri-Valley Dental. I will definitely recommend to anybody needing dental work.
