From the start the front desk lady was very kind and welcoming which made me feel at ease from being nervous. The DA and Hygienist couldn’t have been more nice and warming as they were asking questions to get to know me more which made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hergenrader is an amazing dentist and is super informative with his findings and recommendations. The office manager did an amazing job at making me feel more at home and helping me out financially with the costs. I rate aspen dental a 5 out of 5 and recommended to anyone and everyone!

Everyone at your Fremont office was very kind and went out of their way to help me. I haven't been to a dentist for a long time because I have a phobia about it. Thank you very much

Staff and Dr are very friendly!! My teeth are in a really bad shape and they didn't make me feel bad about not taking care of them properly. They are also very helpful! I lost a ball from my daith piercing and the staff looked all over for it until they found it!! Super nice people and even though it was a dentist appointment, overall it was a very pleasant experience!!

Staff very friendly. Dr Fisher did an amazing job. Explained everything that was going to happen, what it would feel like, asked multiple time throughout the procedure how I was doing. Very thorough, very gentle and calm demeanor. Best dentist I’ve ever gone to!

Wonderful service! We have a college student in the local area and finding a great new dentist doesn't always come easy but Aspen made the process easy and affordable... Thank you Aspen!

I had my first experience having a tooth pulled and everyone in the office was very friendly. My consultation was free, quick and easy even the X-rays. I was given an appointment the following day and was even seen early because I was in so much pain. I would encourage anyone needing any dental work and near Fremont to go to Aspen Dental.

I got right in at my appointment time. Staff was very nice, very knowledgeable. I felt my exam was very thorough. The facility was clean and all the staff were very kind and helpful. I loved the hygienist ( Liza) She did such a great job of cleaning my teeth and was easy to talk to and answer any questions . Dr . Fisher was also wonderful. Kind , thorough and understanding . I made an appointment to go back to get a filling replaced . The office manager (Shannon) was very nice, and very knowledgeable and helpful . She makes it easy to get the care you need . I used to go to the Fremont office when she was there, but now will make the drive to Omaha since she is there,

I had a very unique emergency and they were able to get me in and all of the staff that I had the pleasure of interacting with were compassionate. They did what they could for me with no fuss. The dentist and his assistant even stayed late in order to ensure I got the needed treatment.

I went to Omaha the first time I got dentures. Great experience. It was time for my bottom set, so I went to the Fremont office not a good decision. They never listened to me when I said the teeth aren't fitting right. Went in several times. They never fixed the problem. Then the denture broke. I got right in but the service was awful. I went in and they took my denture and said come back in 2 hours. Okay. I go back and the receptionist hands me my denture in a baggie and said thank you. Walked away. I would never recommend this kind of service to anyone I know. It is very sad. I paid alot of money on these teeth it doesn't seem to bother them how they treat their customers and making sure that they are satisfied. I won't let anyone I know go there.

I called for an emergency visit to the Fremont, NE Aspen Dental, for what I feared was a cracked tooth. I was promised a visit, as well as relief by the next day. During the visit, the doctor confirmed the fracture, and added another previously unknown fracture to the list. They told me at the end of the visit that due to a necessary cleaning, they would not be able to crown the tooth for almost 14 days. Adding insult to injury, they sent me home with ibuprofen, which if that was all I needed, I already had at home. Now I'm alternating between Tylenol and ibuprofen, and oral analgesics, and ice, and heat, and all with limited results. No one wants to be left in pain. I called Aspen because I was desperate for help, and they were closer to me than my normal dentist. Rather than helping me, they took my money and sent me home to pace the floor and vomit from the pain. It is inhumane that someone in my condition, who verbally stated that OTC meds had been insufficient, should ever be sent home to suffer, or pay for an ER visit out of pocket. I have already paid for services not rendered - office policy - so I appear to be stuck with this outfit until they complete the work. This leaves me suffering at home, nearly unable to work, over the holiday weekend, as well as the next week. If I get through this, I will never visit another Aspen Dental. I'd rather drive an inconvenient hour to my former dentist, who, if afraid of prescribing opiates, would have at least provided a nerve block, tramadol, or other options. I understand the doctor's ability to prescribe pain meds has been severely limited by government intervention, but there are times and places where, if legal, they should still be utilized. If I could give zero, or negative stars, I would. Don't go anywhere near this place unless your need is routine. The ads and the emergency operators tell you whatever you want to hear. If you require anything more intricate, you'd better be stocked up on pain meds. Wish I had been...
