When looking up places to detail my car, I came across Universal Detailing and after reading the reviews, I knew this was the place I needed to come to. On top of exceeding any expectations I had for my car, Sebastian was beyond amazing. He was so kind, caring, and professional. My car looks brand new. I don’t even want to drive it because I don’t want it to get dirty! I HIGHLY recommend Universal Detailing and I will be sending all referrals here. I can’t thank them enough!!

I had an AWFUL experience with this company. I should of known from the moment I showed up that it wasn’t going to be a good experience. The owner had no record of my appointment until I showed him the text he sent me from his phone confirming the appointment. I paid $370 and was expecting a full interior and exterior detail. I also paid an additional $70 for headlight restoration. I paid for all of these services before Sebastian even started his work. That was red flag #2. They had my car for 6.5hrs and when I showed up to get it I was extremely upset. The outside of my car had not been washed AT ALL! They were rubbing polish on my dirty front grill and the dirty tires. I immediately asked him to stop because I knew my car had not been washed on the outside. NOTHING WAS DONE. The inside was supposed to be shampooed and vacuumed but that wasn’t done either. There were splatters of polish all over my dashboard and screen, there was dirt and crumbs on the floor the seats were clearly not shampooed. The headlights were never touched. I asked for my money back and only got $200. I later called Sebastian and he said he would refund me an additional dollar amount and I have not heard from him since. I will never use this company again and I do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

My experience here was great every friendly and I have a kids and when I say my car was hit candy everywhere, now there's no more candy everywhere they blessed my beautiful car today I recommend everyone to come here to get your car done I give them 10 star....

Sebastian was fantastic! Our car hadn’t been detailed in several years and had pretty bad stains on the seats, and he made it look brand new. He was so kind and even stayed late to make sure that we could pick it up the same day. We will definitely be back!
