I had my Jeep detailed couple times, but first time I came to UNIVERSAL DETAILING what they did was the top of the line. Am very glad I went to them. My Jeep looked even better than when it was new. Thanks to the owner, he was very friendly and very passionate abt what they do here. They take care of ur car as their own.

I had my husband’s Ram 3500 detailed for his birthday. Sebastian did an amazing job. He greeted us in the parking lot, explained in detail what he was going to do, and texted pictures to us through out the day so we could see his work throughout the process. The truck looked better than when we drove it off of the lot the day we bought it. My husband was elated. We will definitely go back!

They tinted the windows on my van. Did an incredible job at a great price. Went above an beyond even washing the van when they window tint was done. Super friendly. Love doing business with a hard working positive person!

From dropping off my car to picking it up, I had a top-notch experience using Universal Detailing. My car was particularly filthy (hadn't been detailed since I purchased it in 2016), complete with a layer of gunk caked into my cupholder.. Now the console, cupholders, dashboard, placemats, and the remainder of the car are clean enough to eat off of. Universal's prices are commiserate with the other detailing locations I looked at, and I couldn't be happier with the result. **Attached are car's 'after' photos**

Had a last minute emergency and asked them to perform a miracle. This truck was filthy on the inside from pets and I could not imagine that they would not only make the inside like new again, but within only a couple of hours. The owner was more than accommodating to me as a trucker. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. D performed a last minute miracle for me and I will recommend these people to anyone. My pre-owned car came with an unfortunate odor, and it was uncomfortable to drive because of how strong the odor was. I tried air fresheners, sanitizers, even pet spray. I took it to Universal Detailing and let these folks work on it for just a couple days, and now the only smell is ocean breeze. Now, I love driving my car so much, I sometimes make up excuses just to drive it around the block! Thank you so much!

Universal Detailing is the absolute best there is in Columbus. My dog got mud all over my car. And she sheds, so there was hair everywhere. I took my car here for a last minute detailing, and I could not be more happy with the results. They took a car that hadn’t been cleaned in 2 years, and made it look nicer than when I first took it home. They got in every crevice and did a complete makeover. The exterior of my car also looks spotless. They did much better than any auto car wash can do. On top of that, Sabestian and his team stayed late since I dropped my car off later in the day. They took extra special care of my car and put some protector stuff on it. I posted some pictures for proof as well. Thank you again, Universal Detailing! Highly recommend to anyone needed an interior and/or exterior cleaning.

Absolutely THE BEST detailing job I have ever seen! Sebastian and his crew make our cars glow and sparkle! The Lexus in the photo is 9 years old and now the alabaster leather looks brand new. The Kia (black interior) is completely spotless. Great Value for the price, too! We will be back. Thanks, Sebastian!
