Have been calling this store all week during listed business hours....NO ANSWER. Went to the store Tuesday and again Thursday ALL Locked up during published business hours with notes from customers taped to the door. I need a new phone but no one working.....

This place has an awesome manager who is very knowledgeable about the network and is very good with people. Also nice to see a manager treat their employees well

If you want garbage coverage in your local area then this is the provider for you. Switching to visiable after tmobile gives me my free month of coverage since they were overcharging me for the past two months

Worse customer service ever. As previous reviewer noted, they like to go on breaks for long periods of time during normal business hours and then reopen just before closing. Even when they finally opened, 3 clerks continued to help one person and failed to even acknowledge us in the store for over 10 minutes. We are here for simple phone upgrade and they can’t be bothered. Now going on 30 minutes of waiting and still no service even though only one person in the store. Probably time to find new people to manage your store as the owner mentioned regularly improving even though same problem persists. One star is the lowest rating possible. Time to find a new carrier so we can get proper customer service. Really couldn’t have worse customer service at this store.

The geniuses at this store have their phone setup to directly go to voicemail so they don't have to receive calls or answer them. Complete garbage T-mobile location. Edit to owner response: Yeah I will give you another chance when you have a working phone number listed up. Or perhaps when any of the store employees have trained enough to learn how to pick up a phone.

I have come to this store several times during posted business to resolve an issue with a brand new phone only for the doors to be locked and no answer or returned calls from a voicemail. Today I come, again during posted hours, to find a note saying “gone to break” so I waited. For over an hour already and the close in just an hour. Very unprofessional. And hear I have been unable to use a phone for weeks that I’m paying for.
