I wish I could give this place 0 stars, but I cannot. The cashier lady made me wait 30 minutes behind someone who was trying to downgrade from an iPhone X to an iPhone 7. She thought she was on hold with someone, but she didn't realize she hung up on her. Absolutely terrible service.

Absolute trash. Lied about what my monthly bill would be. Can barely make a phone call if I’m outside of Colombus. I’ll be impressed if my data is strong enough to even let me post this review. 0 stars.

Worst customer service Ever !Norfolk Sprint Closed so I decided to drive to Columbus NE so I wouldn't have to deal with anyone over the phone to upgrade a cell .No one knew what to do or how to do it !Took over an hour for what should of consisted of a 20 min interaction.
