Hy-Vee Grocery Store

I love this Hy-Vee! They always seem to have what I'm looking for, and the Starbucks is amazing. Whenever I'm in Columbus I stop. Regardless if I have anything on my list or not.

Tried Aisles Online and substitutions were poor. Wish I would have chose for them to call instead of use their best judgement. Received chocolate for vanilla whey when vanilla is what I needed to make smoothies. They won't take it back or substitute. Can't make smoothies for my terminally ill father now. Very unhappy. Can't go in the store because he is vulnerable and don't want to bring home illness. Just very disappointed with the service.

It's very organized the staff is extremely helpful and the prices are great they have a lot of good sales I love HyVee and my husband loves Super Saver so we can argue about that but I go to Super Saver so I win Super Savers like a warehouse to me is like home to me. And they have so many selections like I love all their round-the-world cheeses and meats a good Deli they've got it all

Awesome store. Friendly & helpful staff. Fantastic Deli, Meat, & Bakery departments. Has a large selection of wines to choose from a as well. Great sales. A "MUST" place to shop.

Nice staff. Generally have what you need. Butchers, Bakers, candlestick makers, Starbucks, floral, produce. Pricey. When you buy fresh bread, they slice it for free, beats name brand!

Everything's organized, there's self check out, fast lanes, every one's helpful. Clean and nice ambiance to shop, grab a Starbucks coffee or eat and there's a seating area with fountain drinks. I had a yogurt...

It is a great store!! I love going in to do my grocery shopping, but there is only one complain that I have I call in today to ask a questions and the lady that answer my call was very rude! She made me feel stupid, she was like talking down on me like I was a kid! I mean it was just a question nothing else, but other than that it is a great grocery store.

Okay selection, and nice staff, but they really need to teach their employees how to pack. Every time I go there, they pack the absolute most they can possibly fit into a bag. So it's hard to carry and then you get slits in the bag, and can't use it.

Helpful employees. I also like the wide variety of different useful items, not food related, you can purchase on the east side of the store and in different spots throughout.

Hy-Vee has been in my life since my grandparents first took me there in Des Moines. So glad to see the expansion in Nebraska. The restaurant area is really good, the deli and bakeries are also top notch, the selection of everything else in the grocery aisle is good and the spirit department is the best in my town. Might be a bit more at the register than other grocery stores, but at that point in my life, the service I get and the quality are worth it.
