Holiday Inn Express & Suites Columbus, an IHG Hotel

It was a very clean and modern room. All amenities worked great including blackout shades and fully functioning ac unit.

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. As a light sleeper, I was able to sleep through he night with no disruptions. The bed was very comfortable as were the pillow. Breakfast staff was very friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed my stay!

My stay was very comfortable, and love the shampoo, conditioner, & body wash dispensers! Really nice!!

Started off with Water running out of the wall. At 10:30pm they move me to another room after a small apology and no compensation I got to the new room and I first kill a spider. Took a shower and the shower head was junk. Nothing like paying 170$ plus a night for a squirt of water.

The employees were nothing short of amazing! Greeting me with a warm smile & cheerful attitude! I was immediately recognized as a reward member, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my stay! With a discount coupon for the big 10 bar & grill next door, this holiday Inn is by far, one of the top in the Nebraska/Iowa area that I've been to so far!

this is our preferred hotel when we are in the area. it is always clean and comfortable. they are very welcoming and will try to help you with any request. i miss the happy hours they used to have. breakfast is excellent.

So we came back again! Things only get better! Monica was a pro and anticipating our needs with the goggles and play toys for the pool. She was a magician pulling out of her magic box everything we needed and hadn't prepared for. She loaned us DVD player and even had a corkscrew for the wine! Way to go MONICA! We decided to quit punishing ourselves and just call this our home away from home every time we visit! Our suite was cozy, yet spacious. The beds were comfortable, even the girls slept like angels in the hide a bed. The staff were incredible..from check in to helping out with the toothbrushes we forgot... Breakfast was nice with plenty of choices from pancakes, cinnamon rolls and fruit. Great time relaxing with friends and family in our suite and at the pool. The hot tub was hot and clean and the pool cool and refreshing. This hotel offers an in house market for last minute munchie meals and help for allergy relief. What a great choice for a comfortable stay. Thanks to all the wonderful staff!

Business trip usage. Quiet night. Good for sleeping. Breakfast opened early so I could grab a meal. Excellent check in and out experience.

Newer hotel and right next to Hwy 30 for convenience, but many trucks during the night turn at the intersection in front of hotel due to a large alcohol plant nearby. Very noisy at night,((
