They were very good in my evaluation portion n what they were able to do for me. The one in Bellevue was the 2nd Summit Dental I had gone to. The first one I visited in LaVista, I explained that my referral came from two surgeons that were going to put me under in the hospital n pull all my teeth. They wanted to put the temporary dentures in at same time. So I was at Summit to find out if they could make these dentures. Was told it would be a piece of cake n they would call to schedule when they would do fitting. After 2 weeks I called LaVista Summit n asked what was happening on my case. Again they would call me back. The 3rd time I called I spoke to answering svs, told them all that had happened n I was getting upset. That afternoon the office called me back, n said I had to go to the office in Bellevue cuz this Dentist didn’t feel comfortable pulling my teeth when I had Stage 4 Cancer. What??? After 6 weeks, that was never my request!!! So they had scheduled the appt with other office, I went through what I wanted again with 1st office n then it came down to 2 days before appt n I’m getting text msgs from both offices telling me my appt was that day???? I get confused enough on my own without this. Called n they said they talked to me haha. I said I’m going to PT today n cannot come to an appt I knew nothing about. And why was I going to the 1st office when they shipped me to the 2nd office. I give up. Went for consult in 2nd office. At that time I just wanted the tooth causing all the problems pulled. He said he could do that but…mind you he was aware of my fear of needles…n said we don’t sedate b don’t allow patients to self-sedate here so I would just have to keep putting that needle in n stabbing you hoping we could keep you comfortable but it would hurt. Seriously??? He said it would take 10 minutes n done. He said there was too much skin on one side of my mouth so he would cut that flap off n see it up. What??? I give up. Ok, it’s time to leave. I have stage 4 cancer, in my bones n liver, TERMINAL. My only hope now is my teeth make it as is until I’m dead. I don’t think anyone can pay me enough to walk back into a dentist. Bellevue was better than LaVista n unfortunately, we’re going by what LaVista wanted done to me, no where near me asking to have them make temporary dentures. My thoughts would be stay away from LaVista, cuz they screwed or all up. And the lady in their financial division did nothing but look me up n down telling me what it would cost. I’m 61 n don’t have time to play those stupid games with some insecure lady who professionally never attempted to do her job with me. No, I’m not happy. I’m 2 months into all this n absolutely nothing has been done to even the one tooth causing all the problems.

Dr. Straub was very kind and Professional. Had a filing dine. It was busy and he stayed on task and was thorough. Answered my questions and very direct. The Staff is also helpful and friendly.

The dentist was very rude and belittling, he spoke with a harsh demeanor. I went back the day after our initial appointment because I felt the surgery was preformed incorrectly, I was thinking maybe the initial day of surgery he was having a bad day but was again welcomed with the disrespectful tone and demeanor. He was so rude I cancelled my follow up appointment. Also he broke off a nice sized portion of my bone when removing my teeth. He simply numbed my mouth and used his weight to remove the teeth, and told me to take Tylenol and ibuprofen. There was no hand out for oral hygiene after discharge, only instructions on how to take the medication. Although the assistant was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this facility to anyone EVER! I am not sure if that’s his normal behavior or if he didn’t treat me well because I was a minority, either way, I will not be returning. I asked for a second opinion on my tooth extraction because I had been having tooth pain so severe I couldn’t close my mouth, run my tongue across my front teeth, or even let my bottom and top teeth touch without nearly crying and I’ve had my other 2 wisdom teeth pulled prior to this removal. He doesn’t use laughing gas or anything. He doesn’t even try to make you comfortable. The whole process felt rushed and I felt as if I was a bother. He has a bad bedside manners, he definitely could take a lesson on customer service from his assistant!!!!

These people are amazing!! I'm terrified of dentist, they were polite, walked me threw everything, made me feel comfortable! the man that pulled my tooth!! AMAZING!! 😁 I think I found my dentist office!! …

The hygienist was very informative and kind, Dr. Straub was not. The wife and I have already set up appointments at another dentist. It’s one thing being factual and straight to the point and it’s another thing being condescending and rude. I wouldn’t allow him talk to me in that manner outside of that Dental office.

Very professional and straight forward. Teresa Fitzpatrick is the sweetest people I’ve met. She actually came out to the lobby to talk with me. Everyone was great!

Staff was very friendly during my whole visit and made sure I understood everything and had all the aftercare instructions and items needed after getting wisdom teeth pulled. Was pregnant and they made sure I was comfortable and safe during the the entire procedure.

Dr. Straub and his assistant are absolutely AWESOME people. I had to have all of my teeth pulled and dentures made. They did a fantastic job for me! They each explained step by step what was going to be done and how they were going to do it. I would most certainly recommend them to all of my family and friends. I have no complaints at all.
