Summit Dental Health

I absolutely love Rob!! He is so informative, consistent, and professional!! The ladies at the front desk are amazing as well! My daughter and my self have been going to summit dental sense she was 2 yrs old, we are happy.

I have had great experiences so far here!! But now reading some of these reviews I'm nervous to get my wisdom teeth out tomorrow. After calling to talk about my concerns I feel so much more confident. I do not do well with pain. Tylenol, ibuprofen or motrin does not do it for me so hopefully they will be able to help with that afternoon, but if they were as nice as they have been there will be nothing to worry about! :) Had my appointment today 3 teeth removed and the dr made sure I was comfortable and ok the entire time. I have a tooth going into sinus cavity and he made sure to get me a referral and didnt just try to do it himself. Absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a dentist appointment. So thankful!

They are very kind and good at what they do. Summit helped me feel more comfortable with my smile. They have good quality care and I would refer them to anyone who has medicaid or other health plans they can take. They are awesome.

I have had a pleasant experience each time I visit this dental office with the front office staff and dental hygienist, Rob. Each person working up front is friendly, willing to help, and professionalism remains high. Rob is personable and always willing to listen to his patients. However, my experience with the dentist has been disappointing. Dr. Straub speaks in a very condescending tone and belittles any questions/concerns. His underlying rude tone and poor bedside manners do not contribute to a “comfortable environment” as promised by Summit Dental. After reading similar reviews and experiences, I hope Summit Dental can fix this problem and assure top-quality care to future patients. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone based solely on my quality of care provided by the dentist.

Small office with very limited parking but clean and well equipped. Dentist was brisk but i liked his to the point this is whats going on an this is what we can do layout. Didnt sugarcoat but wasnt rude either. Plan on getting my dentures through here.

This was my first visit to Summit Dental. Everyone was very kind and professional. Dr. Straub took extra time to explain things that needed done. But let me know that everything was my decision. I’m glad I chose Summit.

I always get judged EVERYTIME I go to the dentist. It’s hard and they made me feel so welcomed and took care of me right away. Not once did they make me feel bad about my teeth nor did they judge me. I really liked them a lot.

My experience was amazing! I was scheduled for two extractions on the right side of my mouth! Tammy and Dr. Straub were amazing. They walked me through the entire process and ensured I was okay and comfortable. Only took about 30 minutes and was in and out. I would Definitely recommend anyone to this location!

Ok, I want to start off by saying, in my entire 38 years, I've NEVER had a good dental experience. I put off the dentist more than anything else and when I finally actually make a dentist appointment, my anxiety spikes higher than any other situation. I stayed away from the reviews of Summit because if I read anything bad, it would make my anxiety worse. The morning of my appt, I read some reviews.. some not so great so when I got there, I mentioned the reviews and was told that I don't have anything to worry about because Dr Straub is great. I got brought back to my room and my hygienist (I think that's what he's called 🤣) Rob was absolutely incredible. He eased my nerves within minutes.. and then Dr. Straub came in and again, within minutes, I was at ease. My experience was phenomenal.. I've never had a more pleasant experience and at no point, did I feel judged (my teeth need some attention).. we all figured out a plan for treatment and I'm actually looking forward to moving forward with the treatment process!! They sent my son home with no pain meds after extracting 4 teeth and he was bleeding profusely for 2 days and his face was severely swollen. There was also no after-hours care available for over the weekend. Very unhappy with the dentist. Staff did what they could to help but I wouldn't recommend this place, they don't care about their patients in my opinion.
