Painless and hands off process to ship my 2 vehicles from California to Georgia. The staff was terrific with communication the entire time and the quote was solid with no hidden fees or hassle. My vehicles arrived in perfect condition without a scratch and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of shipping a vehicle.

After diligently researching our options, we opted to go with Mr. Car Shipper, a recommendation of PODs, to transport our car from California to Virginia. From initial contact to car delivery Mr. Car Shipper lived up to every promise, every commitment, every guarantee made to us. They were wonderful to work and benefitted us greatly with their professional advice. We could not be more pleased with the excellent services we received. I shipped my mom’s car from WA to IA. I’m so glad I read all the information on Mr. Car Shipper’s website and watched their video before I committed to a transportation company. I also spoke with Casey on the phone. I was really in the dark about how the industry worked. It was well worth the extra money to hire Mr. Car Shipper versus the other, high pressure companies I could’ve hired for much less. It was important to me to work with folks from the midwest too as I knew they’d be more reliable and dependable. I didn’t give Casey much notice and everything still happened right on time with excellent communication. My mom’s car even arrived a day early which worked out perfectly. And, on top of that Casey and the driver, Don, were both genuinely nice, friendly humans. I highly recommend Mr. Car Shipper. I can’t say enough good things about them!

Great experience with Mr. Car Shipper and will definitely use them again. I had two cars shipped from Southern California to Pensacola Florida. The trip was faster than anticipated and the condition of both cars upon arrival was just as when they were loaded. An honest and professional company.

Mr. Car Shipper was incredible to work with. I needed to ship my car from NJ to UT and they did it in under a week. From the very beginning I felt at ease with their process and the sales team were very helpful in answering my questions. Although the cost was higher than some competitors, it was their team, clear communication, and transparency about the costs and process that sold me. Other places seemed dodgy and required deposits or cash payments at pick up and it didn’t sit right with me. Mr. Car Shipper gave one quote and stuck to it from the beginning and followed up to ensure I had a good experience. Would highly recommend!!

Used Mr. Car Shipper to ship our Tesla from Arizona to North Carolina. Our house ended up being done built sooner than we anticipated, and we were scrambling trying to find a trustworthy car shipping company since I’ve heard some pretty sketchy stories. We were actually referred to them by PODS. Josh, the rep, was awesome. Super helpful. Our car came when they said it would and there were no scratches or anything. Def use Mr. Car Shipper.

Its a tough industry - no question, but when your car arrives with a snow-covered INTERIOR in several places, clearly melted and refrozen, water-streaking the leather - this is when you would hope "Honesty, Integrity and Communication" would take over. Not the case with Mr Car Shipper. They were quick to offer whatever they could take from the carrier -- basically explained they were doing me a favor and actually had a general manager say my complaint made him laugh (his actual words) because they were not in anyway responsible for the interior of the car. I am willing to overlook the only 6 hour notice prior to pick-up and that the hauler arrived well after dark to pick up the car. I was willing to over look the complete inability to communicate with the loading driver - English wasn't even a 3rd option -- trying to explain keyless entry using Google translate. But, when a company touting how different they are from other brokers, acknowledges the negligence that occurred resulting in the photos attached, and basically washes their hands of responsibility, they are no different. There is no vetting of the carriers. Final decisions are made not on what is fair and just but on the dollars to be made. I was willing to pay more for an advocate shipping this car across county. I'm the foolish one for believing their propaganda. Save yourself some dollars and disappointment-find your own carrier and purchase an inexpensive insurance policy for the trip!

Shipped a car from CA to NC. From the initial call to the end delivery, no issues. Transport driver was super friendly, super helpful and super informative when he picked up the car. He was also on time and super professional. Will ship another car soon and will be going with Mr. Car Shipper then too. I was very pleased and happy with the overall service.

I used Mr. Car Shipper to ship my car long distance from KY to TX. It was my first time and I had a great experience and would highly recommend! It was a flat fee. No hidden costs. None of that pay this now and pay this later. They were very responsive and emailed and called me within the hour of me completing the interest form. (I will say, initially, since it was my first time, I did reach out to other companies but they were sketchy on telling me a clear cost and did NOT contact me in a timely manner. Literally, MONTHS later, I have some of the other places calling and asking do I still need to have my car shipped. Absolutely no. Bye!) Mr. Car Shipper representatives were very communicative and informative. I dealt with 3 people primarily and the handoff between each was seamless. (One person to schedule/book and pay. One person who kept me abreast of my car's status to be picked up. One person who transported my car.) There were no hidden fees. My car was safely delivered without any issues and in a timely manner. (They had it tied down really well. No scratches. No damages. I'll attach pictures for you to view too.) In fact, I've already recommended Mr. Car Shipper to others because they did such an excellent job. Shout out to Mr. Josh, Mr. Tim, and Mr. Raymond. They were my 3 representatives I worked with. Each was respectful, honest, and very knowledgeable within the industry of car shipping. I recommend Mr. Car Shipper without any reservations.
