Mr. Car Shipper

This was a 5-Star White Glove Performance by Mr. Car Shipper! I requested a closed transport as my car was still very new. I also had a very short window for a pickup in Las Vegas which I was concerned about being able to meet that date. Mr. Car Shipper advised they would be able to handle the shipping date and then they notified me that "Farming & Industrial Equipment Transportation" would be the carrier they they were using to transport my car. Upon hearing the name of the shipper (Farming & Industrial Equipment Transportation) I was somewhat concerned that somehow they got my order mixed up with someone else who wanted "farm equipment" shipped, so I called Mr. Car Shipper and was assured that they used this company before and they knew they were transporting a new BMW. The drivers arrived right on schedule, inspected the vehicle for any damage, nicks, or dings (which it had none) and once I agreed with the driver's assessment they took the car and drove it into the closed transport. They were very courteous and very professional. They told us they would arrive in FL two days later. TWO DAYS to drive from Las Vegas to FL? They assured us that they would deliver the car within 2 days after we questioned that timeframe. We waved good-bye to the truck and flew out to Florida the very next day. From the moment they took my car we tracked my car's whereabouts from the BMW App and on the 2nd day we received a phone call with an ETA at our home in Florida. They were so punctual and so respectful of us and of my car. I was looking forward to sharing this experience and being able to post the positive feedback from Mr. Car Shipper because it isn't every day that you see or hear about a great experience like this. I highly recommend Mr. Car Shipper and thank you for using Farming & Industrial Transportation for shipping my BMW.

Used Mr Car shipper to transport my vehicle from Ohio to Texas, they were flexible and my car was delivered with no issues. Delivery process was easy, I would use again if needed.

They did a great job. Got my car delivered safely, even when a hurricane happened. The driver they sent was so friendly. They kept in touch with me to keep me updated on where they were, and showed they cared about providing excellent service.

Booked this service to ship my car from Florida to Connecticut. They gave me a window of Sunday - Tuesday, which was fine, since we were planning to move Wednesday. Its not Tuesday, and they have not booked the transport service yet. Basically told us "tough luck, all of the other companies use the same transporter." This is a scam - do not book with this company. They take a credit card, give you a window, and then ghost you when trying to get more details about when the car will actually be picked up. So upset about this.

I was contacted by management later on that day. Awaiting a resolution regarding claim with 3rd party transporter. _______________________________ Noone picks up the Dispatch line or After Hours Dispatch line. Coordinator nowhere to be found when car was scheduled to be picked up and I was called to go drive my car to the transport truck. It could not fit into my neighborhood. I had to walk back thankfully it was only a block. Next at the destination, I had to keep prompting/reaching out to the coordinator to get any updates. When my car was scheduled to be delivered, I heard from the 3rd party transporter and not Mr. Car Shipper. Car arrived with a broken driver's side door handle. My car may be used, but it was functioning perfectly on those fronts. I both opened and closed the door when dropping off the car to the transporter, but they tried to tell me that they thought I knew my car handle was broken and that they couldn't open it when they picked it up. At the destination, I now have to crawl in my passenger side to open my drivers side door from the inside. My car was functioning just perfectly and NOW I have a junky car that causes me to not even be able to use my car without doing acrobatics. I didn't want to sign anything, so I called my coordinator, called the dispatch number, called another number and emailed my coordinator. Nothing. Finally the 3rd party transporter called me and said that I cannot hold their driver and he needs to go and to sign the paper and contact. Mr. Car Shipper about it. Mr. Car Shipper will make you jump through these marketing hoops, watch a video that explains how they're helping human trafficking etc. it's all marketing. The service end just isn't there from my experience. All of these other good reviews don't match my experience ******$1125 *********** to ship my car with them. I'd think twice if I were you.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Car Shipper shipping my car cross-country. The person who picked up my car and the person who dropped it off were both friendly, professional, and efficient. The car arrived exactly as it was when it was picked up. I would certainly use Mr. Car Shipper again in the future.

We shipped our car from Illinois to South Carolina, very impressed with the communication throughout the process, had to change dates couple times and they accommodated us with no problem. Transport driver was simply awesome, very professional, polite and fan!

Mr. Car Shipper did such a fantastic job in shipping our car from Omaha Nebraska to Honolulu Hawaii. Casey did a terrific job in helping us with all the details. He explained what to expect step by step. Our car arrived two weeks earlier then expected. I highly recommend Mr. Car Shipper!!!

Professional, organized, timely. The communication was great. They run like a well oiled machine. In my experience everything they promised, stated and outlined happened right on time. Our car arrived on time and without damage. I would absolutely use them again. Lastly, I didn't find them much more expensive than any of the less reputable companies. Win, win for the customer.

Mr. Car Shipper helped me ship 2 cars from Las Vegas to Birmingham, AL. The cars were picked and delivered on time (which was critical for us, since it was a very timely move) with timely updates, and was advised in advance on all potential delays.
