Very short wait before entering treatment area and very short wait before seeing physician. Good pre-visit by nursing staff. Congenial, efficient, thorough exam and treatment by doctor.

Great experience with Dr. Madson and the staff. They were very thorough regarding my reason for being there and offered multiple treatment options. I’m a repeat patient and will continue treatment at Midwest with Dr. Madson and the team there.

I have not been seen here yet, but I sure hope the doctors are nicer than the lady who takes their calls. I did not get a chance to ask for the doctor I was hoping to see. I also was cut off by her during the phone call! She needs to learn to stay professional despite how busy a day is-- we all work and have busy days so no attitude or rushing will make it any easier! I am very upset about her customer service. I will be speaking with someone in regards to her rushy service.

I have trouble with moles that i inherited from my grandma. They check me once a year making sure that i do not have any that are forming different. They are very good and kind. It gives me a peace of mind because they know what they are looking at. I have gone for 3 years and will keep coming every year.

Dr Justin Madson is my dermatologist. I have annual exams after a basal cell carcinoma years back. He is a very professional, friendly, calming, reassuring voice of knowledge. He is a kind and caring physician. Down to earth. I trust him completely with my health.

Midwest Dermatology is always a positive experience. The receptionist is friendly and outgoing. Nurses are friendly and efficient and Dr Madsen has a great bedside manner and is truly an expert in his field. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

All staff was extremely polite and helpful on my visit. The nurse and doctor explained everything in great detail. They but my worries at ease. A clean waiting room and exam room. I will definitely recommend Midwest Dermatology
