Trying to find a nice place to go out to eat with the family. Jade palace has a decent menu and will satisfy most palates. Really happy dining room is open.

Dine in, drive through, delivery, order online for pickup, however you like to get your food this place delivers. Best Chinese restaurant in Bellevue both in quality and service.

So, I know this place through door dash. I ordered some food from jade palace, the chicken fried rice was really nice large chunks un chicken in the fried rice, with a nice portion of food. It took door dash 10 minutes from the time I ordered the food. Great service by both Jade Palace and the Door Dash driver.

1hr before close, served old food. This was my first experience. It's a shame because when I saw the food it was clear that it's GOOD quality chicken, and Ragoon. But as a began eating I realised my chicken was very chewy, along with my crab ragoon being very chewy. The General Tso tasted heavily like Salt and Soy sauce, it was a also very watery. The fried rice I asked for was instead sticky white rice, very sticky. Overall I feel like this place has really good food compared to others, but I'm afraid to give it another try later at night again. I'm very much not picky, but I couldn't eat much of what I was given. So I don't wanna be a fool by giving more money, and recieving more overdue food. The service was polite and very quick. Perhaps if they were to reach out and make things right, I would give it another shot. As I said before, if the food was fresh, or even not highly over due, the food seems like it would have been higher quality than what you would normally find.

I really like the Hot Pepper Basil Chicken and the Spicy Pork Bulgogi, it’s got a very decent amount of spice and lots of flavor. I recommend eating inside since you get soup with it and it’s piping hot, the portions are also very good, I would recommend this place, 10/10.

They Never Let Me Down. I've Never Had A Wrong Order or Bad Service. The Young Lady Who Works The Window Is Always Polite & Chipper. I Do Prefer The Noodles Over Rice, But Then Again That's Just My Personal Opinion I Enjoy Their Delicious Food. Eat Up🍜.
