Customer Service I am a little too apathetic to take the time and write consumer reviews for a company, whether the experience was overly positive or negative. However, I felt honor-bound to praise Jade Palace for their outstanding customer service. The food is certainly good as well. I would say it stands out among most other "fast food" Asian cuisine restaurants. But what I value most among this restaurant's qualities is the service. I was in the drive-through picking up a meal I ordered online, when the employee attending me said that the order will take slightly longer than expected. He insisted I come inside and have a beer while I wait. The beer was on the house! and the food was ready be the time I had finished. They are always kind and courteous on the phone and at the drive through window. Like I said this is just a quality I value greatly. If you think kind customer service isn't important to you when deciding where to order Chinese, then that is fine. But I would urge you to try Jade Palace out, at least once.

Really wanted this! Ordered for curbside pickup and when I ordered over the phone, asked if they take credit cards and was told they do. Never asked me for a payment at that time. Was told would be ready in 30 minutes, which was fine. Went there and waited for an hour while 7 other cars came after me, got their food and left. They came to my car a couple of times to find the right one, but none were mine. Finally told them to forget it and left. Once I got home they called me to tell me my order has been ready since 5:45pm. I was there and finally left without food at 6:30pm. Told them I no longer wanted it. By that time I’m sure it would have been cold and not very good. I may try again sometime, but not anytime soon.

Food is amazing every time! My favorite Chinese place.

Sad to say that Jade Palace's food quality has gone down. This was my daughter's favorite place since she was a toddler and started recognizing good food even though she called all meat at the time as "chicken.'" This review is meant to get the attention of the new owners of Jade Palace to up the quality of their food and not to get them out of business. One thing I noticed is the choice of fried rice or steamed rice. The steamed rice is okay, but the fried rice is not fried rice - it's just steamed rice with soy sauce, distributed unevenly (much of the rice are still white). The Moo Shu pork is sweet so to put plum sauce over it would make it too sweet. Those are some of the things I noticed. Thank you.

Never had a bad meal here, been eating there for over two years off and on. Quantity is always good in the dinner portions, prices are not bad, in my opinion.

The best part of our visits to Jade is how welcoming and happy the lady is at the drive thru. They do have the best peanut butter chicken. I love the chopped peanuts and the sauce isn't too sweet or overpowering.

Have gone there a dozen times, each time hoping their dining room would be open. DINING ROOM IS OPEN! Love the 2 size entrees. Not a lot of Chinese restaurants have sized entrees. Still butt hurt that they kept me outside. 😓 …

Just went through their drive through and got some asparagus beef. It was really good. Better quality than Panda Express, and only about a $1 more than Panda (I got the small asparagus beef with steamed rice). I really like the convenience of the drive thru (that's why I like Panda). The only thing I wish is that my asparagus beef have a little more asparagus next time.
