I got all attention that I needed at that moment. I was stressed, mad and sad because didn’t get a good service at an other place. TERRI ADAMS was an angel in my life. I need to tell you she was doing work for 2 or more people and always kind, attention and very responsible. She ordered the piece I need for my car. She called the other Desksr for informations and payments. She took me to the service area and with the mechanic showed me how was everything with my car. Always asking me with I wanna coffee, snack or a fruit 😊. I ll be traveling to Omaha next year in April and Honda Cars of Bellevue will be my place if I need any service. Now I’m happy and can drive to Florida without stress. Thank you everyone in special TERRI. Mr. luistro

Very disappointed. Put a payment down for a preorder for a 2022 Honda Civic, I also HAD to buy their protection plan which was $1400… it included some floor mats and a trunk mat… then to top it off we signed a paper for a certain price in April, once it arrived in May, MSRP raised on the vehicle so we got charged an extra $280 more than what the paper said. Will never buy from this dealership again.

Online purchase of new car was direct with no issues. It took about 30 minutes to agree to a price on the new car and the car I was trading in. When my nee car arrived it took about 45 minutes to finish loan and all paperwork. Very easy. No hassle.

They did a good job. Took at least 30 minutes longer than it should have. Apparently. For oil change and tire rotation made in advance ang in the am. Car sat waiting for a technician for 30 minutes.
