Came in w no appointment and was treated very well and got me in like it was as important to them as it was to me and treated me like family . It was a most enjoyable time and this action was for a friend who just has issues w certain chores . I personally enjoy All cars specifically Japanese vehicles. I took my car in for an oil change, and I thought everything was great. However when I got in my car multiple items from my glove box were in the floor, my passenger seat was moved completely back (which I know because a car seat doesn’t fit behind it anymore), and my miles went up 7… just all kind of strange.

Brian Morga at Honda Cars of Bellevue helped me get a brand new Honda Civic Sport. He made it easy to get on a waiting list. Paperwork was simple to do as well. There were no hidden fees or staff trying to push extra car packages. Brian and the Honda cars of Bellevue staff made getting my first car super simple. If something happened, we would love the opportunity to make things right. -Matthew Schworer General Manager” I wish you were more concerned with fixing cars and customer satisfaction than fixing a low google review. I called over a week ago to schedule a routine oil change and for the Service staff to look into a grinding noise my brand new car was making. When making the appointment I explained in great detail what the problem was and when it occurred, and then I reiterated the issue when I was checking into my appointment. For an hour and a half I sat in the waiting room while watching my car sit in the same exact spot I parked it in when I first arrived. There was only myself and one other person in the waiting room and I could see there weren’t many cars in the service area being worked on, so I’m confused as to why my car wasn’t being serviced at all. At the hour and a half mark I had a technician call me up and said that he drove my car around the parking lot and pumped the brakes and he couldn’t duplicate the noise. I asked if we could drive around to see if I could find some uneven road to try and duplicate the grinding/scraping noise. On the drive I asked the technician if he looked under the car to see if anything was loose or dragging and he said “no, he hadn’t put my car on a lift yet”. Then I asked the follow up question “if you haven’t put my car on a lift, you haven’t even done the oil change yet, correct?” He again replied with “no”. I then inquired why my car hasn’t been looked at for over an hour when I made an appointment, and the technician replied rudely with “why, do you have some where to be, or what?”. If I had somewhere to be, would that justify myself? Would my car be worked on sooner if I had somewhere to be? By not prefacing that I didn’t want to be sitting in the waiting room for hours while my car sat untouched, I didn’t have cause to be agitated? You’re basically telling me that my time is less important that yours and I should just expect to sit for hours on end. Also, would the technician have asked that question to my husband? I highly doubt it. After coming back from the drive the technician said he would put my car on the lift to see if he could see anything out of place. He then only referred to me by my last name, “Smith you’re up next” or “Smith your car is ready”. Such blatant disrespect. Then I was slapped with an outrageous bill without anything fixed, just an oil change and a few things “tightened” to satisfy my concerns of a grinding noise. We bought this car brand new only a few months ago and we figured we’d be getting better service from the selling dealership than this. If I knew this is the kind of service you give to your customers, then I would have gone else where and gotten an oil change for HALF the bill I received.

Had a great experience with Terri Adams in service, she went out of her way to make sure my tire replacement went smooth even though it had to be ordered it only took a day and she got it done. Thank you for strengthening my faith in your service department.

Terri Adams provided excellent customer service on a very busy day, communicating well about work to be done as well as expected timeline. When an accident delayed the delivery of needed parts she immediately updated me with new time, provided a discount and made sure I was satisfied with work completed. Going above and beyond even when working with many other customers

They were very easy to work with. Making an appointment online was very easy and when we had a change of plans, they worked with us very quickly. They were very upfront about costs and what might come about and actually started working on the car prior to our appointment since we had dropped it off early. Pat was wonderful to work with very patient and very good communication skills. It was a very enjoyable experience.
