Genesis Health Clubs - 84th & Q Street

Great location they have all the amenities needed! I prefer this location because of their great customer service. I signed up with Jake and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not much crowding plus I love the steam room and sauna! Definitely recommend!

The 5 lane pool was awesome for lap swimming. The rest of the club is under major renovation. It will be fantastic when finished.

Great gym, but beware. Last week a friend’s car was broken into while she was working out, and the other night my boyfriend’s car was stolen from the parking lot of this gym while he was working out at this same location. They don’t have cameras in the parking lot, so we have no way of being able to see exactly when this happened, or who is responsible. I think the gym could have been more proactive to protect their members. The person who stole the car is obviously a member here- otherwise they couldn’t have accessed the locker rooms, and because of the lack of cameras, this person may continue to come to Genesis and damage or steal from others. Needless to say I don’t feel safe at this gym anymore.

Things sure are going a lot better since they fired that weird kid and the remodeling is completed.

It is not the club I joined in 2002. It is not well kept, the trainers are few and far between. My trainer who has now left said there where only 2 part time trainers to work with the clients my trainer was leaving behind. My husband and I decided to leave as soon as our contract was done and join a place with a bit more class. The person, LEO, has yet to return any of my (3 ) calls and also told me there was nothing else to do once my contract was over and i did tell him I did not want to renew. But that was in-correct information, I do need to go and sign papers that i will not be renewing. Would not recommend this gym as it is today, it needs help!!!! there is a reason trainers are not sticking around!!!!

I drive out of my way to go to this location I love the layout . Everything is separated but not isolated. The staff is great ! Friendly welcoming and professional. Everything is well kept and clean . Love it , it’s definitely my happy place I look forward to my workouts here everyday.

The main reason we love this gym is because of the experience with the girls who work the childcare! They were so loving and amazing with our daughter.

New and remodeled health club, lot's of space to train, beautiful changing rooms, love the swimming pool, perfect for swimming laps

When I come to this gym, I feel welcomed and I’m always greeted with amazing energy! I love the staff and especially the management! They helped and help me with all my needs. I look forward to coming to this gym. The staff makes my entire day.
