Children's Dentistry Of South Omaha

Excellent service and care! They took great care of my 17 year old foster child. She was a new patient, terrified of the dentist and need some critical work done that was well overdue. Despite all lot of tears shed the entire team was patient with her. Dr. Jacob took his time and answered every question, communicated with her throughout the entire process. My foster daughter reported having the service done in the past with different dentist who had to numb her with shots, that just left her more terrified. Dr. Jacob was able to complete the service with only some laughing gas to keep her calm. She left feeling confident that she can handle the dentist better now, actually saying that she liked having Dr. Jacob working with her. The office is designed perfectly for working with children and teens. Beautiful office and kind staff starting when you first walk in!

We had a great experience at Children’s Dentistry! Everyone was very kind and the updated facilities look excellent. Dr. Gowans and his hygienists were great with my kids and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. This helped my nervous five year old a lot!

I have been going here since my oldest was 4 he is now 12, my youngest was one and he is now 4… the reason I say this is I have been going here for so long and they never change. Always the best care for my babies. My youngest got his X-rays and all smiles for his 1st time. Everyone is kind and loving and I will always continue to bring my kids here. Thank you so much guys for all that u do.

Everyone is always so nice since and welcoming since the moment you walk in. Nurses & Dr always explain everything in detail. 100% recommend

Amazing dentist and staff. We are always met with friendly faces and smiles. Any anxieties my child had was easily addressed and eased.

This is nice place for children to see their dentist. They have good service, well experienced staffs. I recommend for all families with kids to see and get service here.

The dentist office is a very kid friendly place everyone that works there was nice, patient,on point ,and determined to help the children that came in for appointments the building was very clean and everyone was happy thank you I will be back❤️

They are absolutely good the doctor there was super nice and friendly knows what he doing the only problem was they should notify their patients at least 48 hours for their appointment because I've got a text from them saying they've canceled my son's appointment without telling me or calling me or at least send a mail otherwise they're good with what they do,but yeah so please fix that system or whatever you guys have there to not cancel people's appointments without tell them time ahead

All 3 of my children love their dentist here at Children’s Dentistry of South Omaha. They are so amazing with Children, especially my younger two. The staff at this office work so well with them, even though my kids freak out about doctor visits. They always leave the office smiling 😊. …

I want to start this review off by saying the dentist is Amazing!!! I have an issue with my appointment being canceled without my knowledge!!! I was told that someone contacted me 24 hours prior to confirm. I have not received a call from anyone let alone multiple calls. Not a even a voicemail was left. If that was the case why not leave a voicemail? I am disheartened because I rushed from work pulling my children from school all while having a 2 month old who just received her immunizations. just to be turned around and offered to be put on a waiting list which is no guarantee :( I’ve never heard of a system such as this but in any event, I’ll just have to find a new dentist to go to. It’s unfortunate for the poor dentist who’s trying to make a good honest living and will lose out on clients due to the lack of communication from the receptionist. What if I changed my number? Would it still have been canceled?
