Children's Dentistry Of South Omaha

I was so pleased with Heather & Dr. Jacob. It was our first visit and I could tell my son felt comfortable right away. I asked some of the same questions twice while reviewing xrays and they patiently re-explained or clarified until I had a full understanding and felt confident in our treatment plan. Getting cavities filled is no fun but I know my son is in good hands! (Fingers crossed, no cavities at our 6 month checkup!)

I would highly recommend this Dentistry if you have children, my children have been going there for years and I have no complaints they are patient and caring to all children! They give explanations and updates to the parents, very convenient and always very friendly!

The staff is always helpful with all my questions and concerns I have. They are very good with kids. From my 10 year old all the way to my 14 year old. I'm glad I found this place. I've been through a few dentist for my kids and they lack the experience I was seeking. Thank you Childrens Dentistry for being my last stop!!!

The Dentist is great! His staff seems disconnected with their patients staff lacks being friendly, awareness of their customers and very poor customer service. The receptionist at the front desk this morning asked me "is it gonna be Spanish or English"? With a non welcoming tone. Not even looking at me. The dental assistant, was worse . I guess she is used to not explaining anything to patients/parents because she seemed irritated when I asked her what was she demanding me to sign? She also address my 13 year old son instead of coming out to ask me to sign paperwork. She came out to the lobby looking for my son asking him if he told me?!?? To top it off when we were ready to head out, we stopped at the front desk with a different receptionist. She then said to me "What did they tell you guys"?? I felt like I had stopped to ask someone for directions, and then I was expected to explain it to her.

Everyone is great at this place. My kid loves going here. As soon as you come in you are greeted with a smile! Took my 1 year old for the first time nurses and the Dentist We’re great with her I love this place, would recommend 100%!!!

Great experience! The staff does an amazing job at marking sure children and parents are comfortable! Glad to have them to help take care of my children’s teeth ♥️

Friendly small bilingual office! The staff is very sweet and helpful to all their patients. The Doctor is fun and has patience with the children. They do their best to keep up with the kiddos but I understand that they’d get behind with the big families. Definitely would keep bringing my kids here.

Seriously the best children's dentistry ever. It's such a great atmosphere and everyone is so nice. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
