So thankful that I went to this location. I just bought my vehicle and needed it looked over and some things fixed. The people there were very great to work with mostly Chris Dewald his customer service skills were very good. Made me feel assured that everything would be properly done and explained what all was needed in understandable terms. Most definitely recommend this location rather then any other!

After being turned down by 2 garages and told I’d have to wait to be seen 2+ weeks by 3 other places, I called Brakes Plus and they were able to check out my Jeep Renegade A/C issue asap, regardless that it was a holiday weekend. Dean, the general manager, was very helpful and explained everything as he went and asked and price quoted as the process went along. I ended up needing my compressor replaced, which he was able to order and fix by the end of the same week! They also offer military discount, which was great considering how much the part costs. As a woman, I also find that garages will try to take advantage of me or treat me differently, but I did not feel that way at all here! I felt like they genuinely care here which is hard to find nowadays. So happy I don’t have to keep looking for a garage- highly recommend!!!
