They helped us put in two bathrooms in our house and they made it a fair and not stressful process. The estimate was reasonable and the communication is what won me over. They got back to me right away and kept me in the loop. Also, answered every question I threw at them.The finished product was perfect. 5 stars from me.

Big Burge Plumbing is an excellent local company. I had an issue on Christmas Eve and they got somebody to my house in a couple hours. Everyone I worked with was extremely professional and courteous. I will definitely be using Big Birge for any future plumbing needs.

This is the second time we have had the honor of working with Big Birge Plumbing. We have a 3 month old and the hot water heater went out. Not only were they a man short that day but went above and beyond to care for our most precious treasure. The wife and I would be alright but they saw the need and met it with our kiddo. No other plumbing company necessary in our home. They have become more than just a business to us.

Wonderful service. Great response time and even rearranged their daily schedule to see me the same day as I called. Tim came out right at the time we scheduled and found the part we needed for my old houses shower out of the two that were in town. He picked it up on his way home and the next day James was there to get the repair made in quick time. Everything works perfectly again, looks clean and neat with fantastic soldering I should add. Thank you for everything and I would definitely recommend you for anyone that finds themselves in a bind.

Had Big Birge come out and complete a decent amount of work (two toilets, water heater, add water softener, shower and outside faucet repair). They were great to work with and very responsive. One "complaint" was that the crew that completed the job did not read the order/estimate to know what toilets to swap out and my wife had to leave work to show them. Regardless, they did a great job on everything and we definitely threw some things at them that they were able accommodate. Highly recommend.

I loved using Big Birge Plumbing. They were timely and professional. We have used them for unplugging a drain to moving the laundry upstairs. The art of their plumbing they put in was AMAZING! Probably my favorite part is getting a picture/bio of who is coming to my house before hand. It really puts me at ease.

This company is very well ran and professional! In the past few months, I had them install a new water heater, then a new garbage disposal. Their crew is very efficient and professional. In the past I have used other plumbing services and never have had such a positive experience.

Big Birge installed a tank-less water heater for me 6 months ago. It was worth every penny! Would recommend it to everyone that is looking never to take a cold shower again or have a deep soaking tub. Best investment I made in a long time!! This company responded quickly to my request of a bid and was very professional throughout the entire installation process. They talked with me about all the pros and cons and then coached me on the use and service of the new equipment. They have also done some work for me on a bathroom renovation. I have found my plumber for life.

Best plumbers in town hands down. Very professional and caring guys. I have seen them digging a hole 8 ft deep in the middle of the night to restore water service for a retirement home full of old folks that needed that service badly. Big Birge responded to save the day!.
