We discovered a pipe leaking in the basement on Dec 23rd... just in time to interrupt all the Christmas wrapping and presents I was trying to hide from the kids! Uggh!! Birge plumbing had someone out to our house within 2 hrs, even though they were already very busy. We are so thankful for their quick response and successful fix of the problem.

Outstanding customer service!!!! Professional, knowledgeable, timely, clean, and reasonable. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Gave us a time estimate of when the tech would be out and got a call 20 minutes ahead of when they arrived. We won't hesitate to call them again if something happens. Thank you Big Birge!!!!

I can not recommend these guys enough. I called and spoke to Brad on the phone to get a quote for replacing a washer hookup and moving a water line for my new fridge. He got out there within a day or two to actually get us the quote, then scheduled one of his guys to actually perform the work just a few days after that. Carlos (the guy that did the work) was awesome. He offered to wear booties on his shoes even though our house is completely demolished for a remodel right now. He got the work done quickly, it looks great, and he didn't leave a mess when he was done. Best of all, it ended up costing less than what we thought it was going to cost. Seriously, stop wasting time with Burton or whoever else – call Big Birge. They're fantastic.

Needed service on a faucet they installed last year. They were out in less than 24 hours and Tim did a great job plus helped me fix a shower leak that was a super value add - needed to caulk and close the curtain more :)

Big Birge put in a new water line for us and did an amazing job with this extensive project. In fact, the already involved job got even lengthier due to a severe weather day and a surprise buried set of concrete stairs that the team discovered in our yard and that was directly in their path! Despite the obstacles Brad and his team faced, they were professional and prompt throughout, plus they held true to the contracted price, despite the setbacks, which we so appreciated. From customer service to craftsmanship, we were 100% impressed with Big Birge and highly recommend them!

Service tech was a nice enough guy, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of when billing came. Service call is $59 to look and tell me what is needed. He looked at my sump pump and with me there called the manufacturer. I guess that call was going to make the interaction $108. When I asked about the difference in rate he said he made a phone call so he did something (5 minute call with me). I stated that on the phone the rep said nothing would be done without my authorization. He then took the fee back down to the service call rate. I'm glad he did the right thing and changed it to the $59. I don't think I should have to fight for that. Outside of that he was very professional, kind, and gave me an honest estimate to replace the whole pump. My advice is to take surprises out of the equation. I don't mind paying what you are worth, but if a 5 min phone call is going to cost me an extra $50 then let me know so I can decide what to do.

Highly recommend. I have never used a more professional organization for plumbing work. Really easy to schedule, Lallenia was great. Dennis, the plumber, was understanding, clear, and extremely competent. Fixed quickly, cleanly, and on-time. Thank you.

I had a few different issues at my house ranging from a broken valve on a water line, to rattling pipes...My Service was outstanding! Tim Elliot explained and showed me everything that was wrong and fixed everything, explaining the whole process. I highly recommend Big Birge Plumbing!!!

Our sump pump failed and we woke up to a flooded basement. I called Big Birge on the advise of my insurance agent. Such a great company. They rearranged the schedule to get out that morning since we were expecting more rain in the afternoon. Great service and great prices. So glad I found them as they are my go to for plumbing now.
