Bellevue Hills Apartments

Bellevue Hills has been a great experience so far, all my neighbors have been very friendly and the management has been wonderful! Christina made it so easy with the application process with everything being online, she was extremely attentive when I had any questions. She always made it her top priority to get back to me in a timely manner and was very informative. I would definitely recommend working with her if you’re interested in finding your new home here at Bellevue Hills.

I moved in back in August & have had nothing but a good experience. I was very hesitant about moving back into an apartment but I worked with Christina during the leasing process & it was so surprisingly smooth. I have had a handful of minor issues but after reaching out to Christina everything was handled properly in a quick manner. I have zero complaints, I love my apartment & I really love the price for the area and the size.

New management company is really making a difference for the better. I can finally say I am thrilled to be apart of a community like Bellevue Hills! Maintenance and office staff go above and beyond to make sure every need is met and not left unattended. Phenomenal turn around in such short time. Very happy renter!

I have lived here for almost 3 years and never have went long without having a problem fixed! William in the maintenance crew is very diligent and personable. He has handled all my apartment issues with a smile and seems to really love his job! This is a good place to rent if you like a helpful staff.

The management is rude. One person tells you one thing and another tells you a different. Paid my rent and was still charged a late fee for no reason. Says you can only pay online but then says you can pay in cash. If you pay with a check you have to mail it there head courters but they won't give you the address to mail it.

Jeff is a wonderful addition to the office team at Bellevue Hills Apartments. He is always pleasant and attentive to any problem that may arise. When a pipe was leaking and causing water damage, he not only addressed the pipe but also the water damage to the ceiling. Thank you for your quick response and positive attitude Jeff. It made the situation seem a lot lighter.

They have a spot in their parking lot that isn’t clearly defined as only one parking spot. Have seen numerous cars paring there but when mine gets towed and I ask for a reimbursement they state it’s not defined as a parking spot and won’t reimburse. There was never any warnings or signs/notices that it’s not a parking spot. Management stated they wouldn’t do anything as they would have to do it for 20 other spots. I looked through my lease and the only thing they refer to as “ designated parking” were that of the apartments parking lots. There is nothing that outlines what designates a spot within the complex as the manager stated “ two yellow lines”. There are numerous end spots that have one yellow line as you can see attached with photos the one yellow line. Will be reaching out to the regional manager M.Kidd to discuss further.

I have been renting and buying homes for 30+ years. This is the worst apartment I have ever had to deal with. first of all the office personal are very un-personable, rude and just unpleasant to do business with. They do not answer phones. They mislead potential clients to pay $50 per person application fees along with a $200 admin fee which is non-refundable. knowing they fully intend on NOT renting to clients and keeping the money. Buyer beware. We told Sidney when we looked at the apartments on day one, that time was of the essence, and she assured us that it would not be an issue. We explained our situation and she once again assured us that it would not be a problem. 4 days past date we told Sidney we needed a key, we get notice that we were denied. I was a co-signer for my daughter, so i had to have a back ground check done. reason for denial...… Failed my background check....LOL I have a criminal record from 30 years ago. Sense then have been able to obtain security clearance from utility companies and state agencies to preform my job. I have bought 3 houses and rented or been a co-signer for my kids at other apartments. Never had any issues. But I cannot rent an apartment from Bellevue? what a joke. once again. this is a scam to keep admin fees.

I waited over three weeks to hear back on my application after sending in the documentation they asked for and heard nothing. We attempted to email and call, and essentially got ghosted. I finally managed to get ahold of someone to cancel the application since they were okay with wasting my time, and they told me I can't get my money back, even though management is in DIRECT VIOLATION of the contract THEY provided that stated we would hear back within 3 days of turning in our payslips and ID. They essentially stole $300 from us. I have tried many times and everybody in the office is extremely unpleasant. All the reviews about management never responding and being malicious were true right off the bat, seeing as this is how they treated us just as applicants. If you enjoy the simple things in life, like affording your food and not being robbed, don't waste your time applying.

No ac for over a month irritated and no word on a new unit. Yes you gave us a portable ac unit to cool our 3 bed room apartment and lost all access to my paidio. We was smart and rigged a window ac in our sons bedroom that is 1 1/2 years old so he can sleep cool and comfortable. It just the lack of care and Compensation for some one to deal with a ac unit out for almost 2 months is care less. I been plenty patient but this is ridiculous. Only reason my apartment is comfortable is because I added an extra point of cooling.
