Always great customer service, and fair prices. I've been going to them for years, and those reward points come in handy. If you don't know, I you spend $20 on five occasions you get $20 in rewards.

Weirdest experience of my adult life. Walking in to an auto parts store noticing "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" loudly playing over the speakers and two women working the parts counter. No men working and 5 male customers. Service was good and accurate but a clear sign we live in different times.

Store manager is careless and a rude person to deal with. I didn’t care for his attitude. If I didn’t need the part I wanted I would have just shopped at Advanced auto parts across the street. Advance auto has nicer customer service.

When I went there I had a blast. There was a man that was running the front by himself he was AWESOME he had people laughing gave great advice and even got me to buy some extra stuff. I dont remember the mans name but I will never forget him. We need more people like him. I told him that he was in the wrong business he should have been a car sales man. He ran 3 registers by himself and kept the line moving

Great customer service. I was shopping for light bulb replacements, didn't ask for help but secretly needed it, when I was approached. He showed me what I needed and I was good to go.

Carl was SUPER helpful and very friendly. Came out to take a look at my car to ensure I had the right parts I needed. Great service!

Olivia was so helpful in changing my battery. The Auto Zone in Bellevue is the place to go. This 20 yr old was awesome with help from her manager. I needed a new battery in my 2005 Mercedes and it not in a easy place to change. The team at this auto was very sharp and kind. Great job Auto Zone I’ll be back again....and I’m going to refer all my friends there.

Great customer service. They helped us out when we ran into some battery trouble with another retailer. Will definitely come here first from now on. Recommended.

Greg and several others very helpful. Ive been on the good bad and ugly side of all of it and they have stuck by me. The fact that night time accessibility is avaiable in this town is amazing!! And then to actually have a team dedicated with actual ambition and old school practices LIKE GREG is absolutely Amazing. Thank you for all you do!!!

Don't go here. 12 people in line and only one person working the front. Workers from in back coming up front and going back several times and not helping customers... Which in turned caused at least 5 people to leave with getting helped. But was quickly replaced with several more customers which were just stuck in line like the rest... Took over 45 min to get a radiator cap!. And then over an hour to get a thermostat, housing and gasket later that same day.
