Had the pleasure of being helped by Alejandro. He was able to get me the vehicle I wanted, for the price I wanted and in the time I wanted. He responded to my emails fairly quickly, he was very professional. He greeted us in the parking lot before he even knew I was the person emailing him and already had an appointment later that day. He had the vehicle cleaned, ready to show and test drive before I could even finish my water in there office. Great service 👏 I would highly recommend them to my family and friends. This is the first car I have purchased from a dealership in 15 years. My buying experience with AutoSavvy has been wonderful. This is due to my salesperson Alejandro! From the first day and my interest in the car I financed, he went out of the way. With the car being in Omaha and me living in Denver, he made a personal nine minute walk-a-round YouTube video showing the exterior, engine, and interior of the car. The finance process was painless. Every question was answered quickly. Thank you once again Alejandro for the wonderful customer service.

great thanks to Jessica in Omaha. She did same day service to get me my dream car-a Subaru Crosstrek. I now may get to tour the USA with my two puppets -Tanner and Crackers doing Ventriloquist shows for charity and comedy clubs. And with my sidekick Goldendoodle at shotgun. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY A VEHICLE. THEY'LL TREAT YOU LIKE ROYALTY UNTIL YOU BUY THE CAR AND ONCE THEY GET THEIR MONEY THEY'RE DONE WITH YOU. Bought a car here June 26th and have been very happy with the vehicle. The problem is the absolutely horrible customer service I've had since buying it. I've been trying for over a week and a half to get an answer on where and when the title will arrive at the DMV. I've left 5 voicemails with the title person at the dealership and still haven't heard back. I called again yesterday and talked to a manager who told me the title had already been submitted to the DMV. When I call the DMV they have no paperwork or title on the vehicle. I've reached out to their corporate office and have not been able to talk to anyone with any answers. Three and half weeks and I can't get an answer on where the title is and to top it off the manager there says they are completely in their right to take 4 WEEKS TO GET YOU THE TITLE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

Definitely a great car buying experience. We knew which car we wanted from internet searches. AutoSavvy had exactly what we were looking for. Man, the staff here was stellar. Immediately felt like I was in control of the buying situation, I felt comfortable and very welcomed. I worked with Brandon and then Justin for the finance portions. Brandon was beyond incredible in helping my find the car my family needed. Aside from the amazing staff, the vehicles are high quality at a low price. With detailed documentation on the cars history. Highly recommend!!

You know the issues. Car purchased 9/3, here we are 10/21 still no title, no sales tax form. I can't register the car and therefore am incurring late fees and interest. Thank god you all got it together and got my trade in loan paid off. That only took 44 days lol.
