I originally gave them 5 stars. I would still give them 5 except I sent them business 3 months ago and I still havent gotten my referral check...even after calling numerous times. Also,I was given a "we owe you" from them...I have emailed the quote as well as called and left messages with their corporate customer service. I have never been contacted back. I would leave a message again but it says the message box is full so I assume I'm not the only one trying to get things finished. It's just frustrating that I have things seemed so great but any follow up is impossible.

Found a honda online for a pretty good price ended up with a BMW. Pretty happy about it. Ran good when I tested it, ran great when I took it home back to Grand Island. It was a pretty good buying experience told Brian we wanted to look around and he didn't bother us or followed us around which is what I liked the most. We will be back to Autosavvy for our next purchase too.

Alejandro was an absolute pleasure to work with!! I never once felt pressured to go beyond my budget. He was very knowledgeable and concise when answering all of my questions, and resourceful when necessary (which was very seldom). The process of buying a car was not rushed either, thus gave me time to process my decision. I would highly recommend reaching out to Alejandro if you are in the market for a vehicle!

Update 2022: We finally received the promised part. Corporate was responsive. The car has been good overall. Added 2 stars. Update (8/7/21): The saga continues. Frank and Coy are no longer with the company. My situation remains unresolved. Deducting two stars for the abysmal follow through. Contacting corporate once I find their information. Update (5/2/21): Frank, the new manager, called. He said all the right things and didn’t try to persuade me to update my review before following up on the remaining deliverable. I’m cautiously optimistic that the dealership is in the right hands. Update (3/29/21): We were finally able to get the title issues resolved and our vehicle licensed. ASM also sent us a check promptly to cover the late fees. They have apologized for our experience. The other deliverables have not been provided despite assurances that they would be. I called again today and spoke with Coy, who was our salesperson and has been pleasant to work with. He promised me he would take care of it and I’m hopeful he will follow through this time. He did try to persuade me to update my review first, which was a pretty underhanded move. He backed off when I expressed my thoughts on his offer. Still, he’s a likable guy and seems otherwise well intentioned if lacking in providing service after the sale. Be sure to get EVERYTHING in writing. Adding one star. Original review: The pre-sale experience was somewhat annoying. Salespeople called or emailed almost weekly for a number of months after I entered my info online. They were helpful, but obviously primarily interested in making a sale. If only the service after the sale was as relentless. The experience at the lot was generally good, though not always the most professional. About what you’d expect at a used car dealership specializing in previously salvaged title cars. The experience after the sale has been abysmal. We haven’t been able to license our car because ASM did not submit the title paperwork on time or correctly. They also have not delivered a couple of other expectations. Messages are unreturned, emails are not sent. The car itself hasn’t disappointed so far. If the place ran as well as its vehicles I might consider referring and returning.

Alejandro worked with me remotely every day this week to help me get set up to save time at the dealership, and he was able to get me the car on short notice. Brian finalized the sale and made our experience painless and easy. These guys were honest about what they were selling and very flexible. Finance manager was also full of information and was fully honest about their business model. Whole team has integrity which is hard to find at car dealerships.

Had a great experience working with Alejandro. He greeted us right away and was somehow able to manage taking care of us and 2 other customers at the same time. He was transparent and worked hard with his finance manager to get us a great interest rate on our Traverse. All around great experience and would definitely refer anyone looking for a vehicle to work with Alejandro.
