Over the years I've had the pleasure of being owned by 6 dogs and 8 cats. During those years I've experienced 4 different veterinary clinics. This one is by far the best. They listen, they explain everything and answer questions, and they are always willing to take into consideration the cost of things. They have never pushed extra tests or other things that I felt other vets have done. They've solved multiple problems for our pets that I know past vets would have done extra and unnecessary tests for them. I can't recommend them enough. All of the staff, from every vet I've met, every receptionist, and every tech, has been nothing but considerate and friendly. When we had to put down one of our dogs it was the most considerate and compassionate experience I've had losing an animal. They even sent condolence letters and poems for us.

We take all of our pets here. They are clean, fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with their service.

My Maebe girl LOVED visiting here. We took her here since she was a puppy in 2012. We moved out of state in 2015—she didn’t enjoy that vet very much. We moved back here in 2019 and her first visit back she was so excited like a puppy again. Even after surgeries to remove mast cell tumors at this office, she was always happy to be here. Sadly, two weeks ago was her last visit, and even though she was struggling, and kind of sensed what was coming, she was still happy to be here. She felt safe, loved, and comfortable here. Thank you Dr. Losse, Dr. BJ and the entire staff for being so kind, compassionate, but also direct with the facts. Very professional but personable at the same time. The entire staff even signed a hand written card of sympathy after Maebe crossed the rainbow bridge. I’m thankful for the care and support of this office staff. Highly recommend!

Dr. BJ Ravnsborg is great! He’s always so patient & shows that he really cares about your pet! My entire family goes to him & everyone loves him! Highly recommend him & his clinic!

The doctors and staff at Walnut Creek are conscientious and competent and consistent. Calls are returned in a timely fashion. Test results are phoned back asap. The best service around!

My dog was diagnosed with IVDD in the last 24 hours and its been a ride with ER and Vet visits. I did a follow up with Dr. Crowley and she was kind, compassionate, and caring. The surgery is not something I can afford and both Dr. Crowley and the technician who helped me comforted me through my sobs and told me its okay and understandable. This is a scary time for me and my baby, it's comforting having a vet who cares and understands.

The staff is extremely friendly and you can tell genuinely love their jobs. I always know my two pups are in great hands with the staff at Walnut Creek! Dr. Lossee is a straight shooter and very thorough. We appreciate her passion and excellent care for our two nutty Springer boys!

We have always used Walnut Creek for our back up vet and been very happy with the care and options for our dogs. We recently had to let one of our pets go and they made the process simple and as loving as possible. Today we picked up our sweet dogs remains and they included a few sweet memories for us. We will now be switching to them as our primary provider as they truly care about your animals and the families!
