Walmart Supercenter

Typical Walmart but worse. This location the aisles are really narrow so it makes it hard to move around. Also, Walmart's decision (at least in this area) to go towards more of a self checkout is WRONG. You will have people with a full shopping cart who either move slower than a cashier would (5 times longer) or they just can't seem to operate a self checkout. Walmart in general needs to make it a 60/40 split (cashier / self checkout) with cashiers filling the spots (not just one or two open) to make the typical Walmart stigma in this case to go positive.

Good place to shop. Problem is there are no cashiers to check you out. Plus half the self checkouts are never open. I understand walmart wanting to save money but there needs to be cashiers to CHECK YOU OUT.

At my last visit, I watched a fully grown man have a complete tantrum meltdown because the door man wanted to check his receipt. On a less relevant note, this location never seems to be able to keep items in stock, and is often disorganized. I feel like I'm walking into the aftermath of a zombie apocalypse every time I have to stomach entering this ball pit of a store.

Above average for staff helpfulness. One clerk basically shrugged when I asked if they carried an item, and another actually showed me where the item was. The self checkout staff was very helpful. Taking away a star because Walmart makes it so hard to locate things to begin with.

This particular day was very poor service I did online order for pick up, 1 star. Online was good & had all my stuff, star. Order ready on time. Even early, star. Unfriendly staff. The employee didn't make sure of who I was. Never came to my window to talk to me. He went straight to the trunk and loaded my grocery and left. Never looked at me once. I had to go to my trunk and make sure he had my order and checked that it was my whole order. It was. Just very strange way of business.

So I did enter this store at the wrong time of the day. It was extremely busy and they had moved things around It took me 30 min to find the 4 things I needed in the non grocery area and another 20 in the grocery area to find the 2 things I needed. Needless to say it was dirty and very unorganized. I love my Walmart but I will only go to this one If I absolutely have no other choice. The self check outs are nice but took another 20 min waiting in line. Not worth it.

I just don't get it. They take away all the cashiers. They have the self checkouts. Half of them don't accept cash. They have two people to help 50 when there's an issue check in IDs or whatever they need to do to enter their code on the computer. Such a waste of time. I remember when you used to get discounts for shopping at places where you had to bag your own groceries.

This Walmart wasn't so bad I actually was able to get in and out in a reasonable amount of time which never happens at any typical Walmart. Anyone who knows me knows I have a small love major hate relationship with Walmart. The actual concept of the place is great however the fact that I spend more time in extremely long time consuming checkout lines when there's a thousand empty never used lanes than I do shopping is annoying. They say they are understaffed and can't keep employees, makes me wonder about the company itself then 🤔. Also employees don't know a damn thing, if it's not an employee that's been there for years, don't even bother to ask for help finding anything. That's my regular Walmart experience however, this particular Walmart( my third maybe fourth time in this particular Walmart) I was impressed by it not having any long checkout lines and the older lady that checked us out was polite, quick and efficient which I very much appreciated wish I remembered her name for recognition.

I went almost a year avoiding Walmart. Customer service sucked. Couldn’t check out without doing the work myself - on my day off. Prices through the roof. Went in today. We still stood way too long in line Fujitsu to do the work. However, the music wasn’t too loud. There was an energetic kid in electronics who asked to help without prompting. Prices were reasonable. What an amazingly better experience. Good job!

Store was clean and well stocked. Would be nice if store associate would greet you hello when you come within 5 feet of each other and make eye contact. There was one associate pulling an order on the grocery side who did say hello. Must be a newer employee being I shop at this location at least twice a week and this was my first time seeing her
