I was happy with the service and my nail tech did her job well. I’m only a little disappointed because some areas on my nails didn’t have as thick of a coating of color and chipped off at the edge only a few days later.

I took my daughter there for her birthday. The quality of work was mediocre. There were a lot of employees there and they seemed friendly. Definitely a language barrier. I was not offered the option to use the massage chair. They charged extra to smooth the bottom of the feet. It was a bit too much money for me.

I went there yesterday for manicure and shellac nail paint. I got severe allergies all over my hand, as per the doc it's the lotion they used. On top of that they charged me extra for shellac. I have shellac in the past and it stayed for 4 weeks. But this one chipped in a day. I won't go here again. Would suggest noone to go either.

The gentleman in charge of everything here was pushy and told me he couldn't do my nail design and that it would be faster if I just did a single color so that my friend, who has an appointment set up could get in sooner. He took a very short time on my nails and had me move to another lady who painted my nails. It was very rushed and I didn't even leave with what I asked for. If you have an appointment made you should have the time set for you to do whatever you want.

I have been getting my nails done here since January 2022. I had an appointment on September 3rd and arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time. They did not get me in for over 45 minutes. The man at the first desk did my nails. He rushed me through and my nails were sloppy. On September 13th I called and made an appointment for 11:00 on September 24th. I showed up for my appointment and they didn't have me on the schedule. The only thing the guy at the front desk said was, "Sorry, it will be a very long wait." He is rude and I will not be going back there. The lady who did my nails before was excellent and I will miss her. But the rude gentleman in the front and the dead bugs that are always on the floor will not be missed

For the record, this is the only 3rd negative manicure experience I've had in 20 years, & I don't have a history of complaining online except one other time. I got a French regular polish manicure on Tuesday to give my previously gelled nails a break. The white tips chipped within 24 hours on both hands, very badly chipping on Thursday. I went back & a different person fixed them by removing all the polish from 8 fingers. He then applied two coats of the white tip polish without putting a base coat down first. I asked about it and he said something about it sticking better. I had to ask him to match the thumbs as one was significantly thicker than the other. He then put one coat of topcoat on and sent me to the dryer. I was told I was done. After they dried I asked politely at the counter to see the owner. I told him no base coat was used and only one coat of topcoat. He made no comment but offered to put another coat on & did so. Ok, so it bugs me there's no base coat because that is how every single regular polish french manicure I've had many of over the years was done. I hope it lasts longer than 24 hrs this time. I'd give 2-3 stars except while they offered a fix from the previous day's fail, the fix is less than satisfying because what kind of manicure is it without a base coat & having to ask for a second coat? It cost me the original price plus I tipped just because it's what I do, plus took an extra 1-1/2 hrs to have it done again & then that experience was not good. I might as well add that the one previously done pinky nail tip was skinnier than the rest of my tips. Life goes on but I doubt this manicure will. 😑

Nails didn't come out as I wanted at all, but they still did a good job. Loved the color, but could do better at shaping the nail better. I had the blue one, and my best friend had the black nails. Hers turned out so good though!

I loooove this place, I've been to 10+ nail salons in Nebraska and Iowa and this place was easily the best, easily my new go to. I went there with a fairly complicated design and the technician let me pick the different colors rather than picking for me (I've had places do this and get the wrong colors) and she was so sweet whenever I asked for her to change something and they can out stunning!!!! 11/10 new favorite<3 (picture of my nails(left) and the reference picture(right))

I’m in town for work and was recommended this place by someone to get my Christmas nails done! I took a picture in of what I wanted and Bon was my nail tech. He far exceeded my expectations and I wish I lived here because I would definitely come here every time. I gave him a semi blurry pic and he worked with it and made my nails come out so beautifully. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. They also took me as a walk in when they were super busy which I GREATLY appreciated! Such a good mail place 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽

One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! Ange who was my tech did an amazing job and was super kind. My toes look amazing and she took her time making sure my tiny nails were fully painted and clean! Also the spa pedi package was all I needed and more. Sky is also my go to for acrylic nails! She is very patient and actually listens to her customer.
