We hired this company for new construction for pre treatment for termites. The treatment they performed was done correctly- from what I know and can tell- it was the office, sales and management that we have had issues with. We were not disclosed all information pertaining to the treatment.. example money to be paid for warranties🙄…. They didn’t arrive when scheduled, only certain office performed certain procedures… was all just a mess!! We were told different things from each office that was dealt with- example a Hendersonville, Nashville.. they all have different stories. I really tried to like the company bc they came and helped us after our home Was lost in the tornado- but now I’m realizing it was all just for business!! Sad-

The technician who did our service was outstanding and did a super job. US Pest knows how to eliminate insects using environmentally friendly chemicals. The problem with US Pest is with their management. We have been with US pest for almost 30 years in the same house in the city where they started the business. Yet they continue to change our technician without telling us or even letting us know who the new tech will be. Yesterday, our tech didn't show up before noon as expected. We called and were informed that a new tech would be serving us since the old tech had been moved to a different job. My wife was furious and informed the manager how upset she was after this continued to happen again and again. He said the new tech would call, and he did, explaining that he had not been scheduled to be at our house yesterday, but would come by later. He did come by and did an outstanding job. However, US Pest management does not seem to value existing customers as evidenced by their continued policy of moving techs around without informing affected customers. Their policy last year was to have someone from the scheduling office call the night before and remind the customers the tech would be their the next day at a certain time. That lasted about two months. US Pest management seems incompetent in dealing with long time customers. They are interested in growing the business, but are driving off long time customers with their lack of customer service. If it doesn't change, we will be finding another pest control customer who values our business.

I am renting a house and had a bug infestation that I could not seem to address on my own. The homeowners had an existing contract with US Pest and set up an appointment for them to come out and meet with me. Michael C. came out the first time to assess the problem and then told me he'd be in touch to set up an appointment. He kept both myself and the homeowners informed along the way and was able to come out last week. He was done in about an hour and (knock on wood) seems to have done the trick. The folks at the office were also good about sending me information on how to prepare for the service. Michael was extremely professional and sent me a full rundown of the services he provided. Overall, it was a great experience. Pleased with both the services provided, as well as the customer service along the way.

I have never been so underwhelmed. It seems like the employees don't talk to each other. So a technician will just show up (usually not in the two-hour window I was given) and they won't know what they're coming for. For one appointment, the technician was sick and couldn't even bother to call and reschedule. So I took the day off of work for nothing. I'm really disappointed, but I finally got my treatments done. I can't wait to never have to interact with this company again.

For the better part of 2 years, they were awesome. Any tech that came to the house was professional, friendly and prompt. However, when I moved and notified them of this, over the course of 18 months they refused to communicate internally and cancel my account. The tenant in my house contacted them in regards to a separate issue (on my recommendation) and they ASSUMED I still wanted service. After I talked to a tech in the winter I assumed it would be handled, but it wasn’t. Partially on me for not paying attention but I was in Afghanistan for a while. Eventually I called back irritated, and was provoked further by then woman answering the phone and hung up on when i got further irritated. So by the end of it, I’m pretty infuriated as this is something I’m still dealing with while getting ready to go back overseas… and they keep trying to charge me 255 for services i tried to cancel and they performed (outside of the house so no interaction).. Just worth noting that if you decide to use them, service will be prompt and the techs are awesome. But the support personnel are less than pleasant, unprofessional and most importantly, unethical. So, when you need to move or cancel be extra aware so your money isn’t essentially stolen. Which is even worse during a “pandemic” or whatever the catch phrase is right now.

We have used US Pest off and on for years since we moved to our home 9 years ago. They may be a little more than some places but they have worked with us as far as our budget and matching the services to our needs. We are always pleased with them and if there is a problem they are quick to fix it.

We were recommended by our massage therapist and have been happy as new clients. Kyle came out and was MUCH more thorough in his inspection and recommendations than a competitor who also came out. His follow up was professional and timely and he happens to be pretty cool and easy to talk to. Morgan who came to do the extermination is also super cool and very knowledgeable. She is super kind to my daughter which is a plus. Anyone can spray bug spray but these two people are why we chose US Pest and 100% why I recommend them.

Is your crawlspace dank and damp? Is water seeping in and creating potential expensive issues for your greatest investment, your home? Well, mine was...until I found US Pest Encapsulation! From start to finish, everyone at US Pest gave exceptional performance with the utmost in professionalism. I am so very grateful for the expertise of Brandon, Andrew, Parker and Scott (? the sump-pump guy?), as well as Sara and Phillip and the rest of the crew. USP explained everything down to the minutest detail before they began. They also included me in the inpection/punch list process. Then they addressed every last one of the little things that needed addressing and even installed a better door on my crawlspace with 2 slide locks and a Master Lock! They addressed every concern I had and didn't condescend or belittle my ideas. I had full encapsulation done with a sump pump and dehumidifier within the estimated time frame and price - a rare occurence these days. They also gave me a digital monitor for inside the house that monitors the system, as well as installed alarm outlets/breakers (I may not have all the nomenclature right here, but care was taken with every little detail). Now, one could nearly eat off the floor in my crawlspace! Finally, the system has proven itself over and over what with all the rain we've had this season as well as keeping my crawlspace maintained and dry due to a recent hot water heater failure. If I had not had this full system in place, I would have had a major mess and costly repairs, aside from the cost of replacing the hot water heater. I highly recommend this company and you will, too!

Was told they would trench around house and spray. He just used his foot to move dirt away from foundation . One side of house was not disturbed. Where there was plastic under pea gravel was just left there and not pushed back and covered. Supervisor said he would check it out but if he did nothing changed and no reply.
