Great Customer service, helping a guy who was clueless in the store, I was able to get the e.l.f magnetic mask, plus some other masks to put in my girlfriend's gift basket for her birthday.

The Ulta attendants are always super helpful, pleasant, skilled, and knowledgeable!

Gabrielle stopped what she was doing to help me find a Chanel fragrance. She definitely knows what she's doing and she was so pleasant!!! Faith, was the young lady that rang up my purchase. She also suggested applying for an Ulta card, so I did. By doing so... I saved an additional $25.00!!! Faith, you ROCK! Ulta is lucky to have you ladies! Keep up the good work!!!

Walk in there as a man; get ignored the entire time. Even standing in front of a lady at the salon for over 5minutes face to face. Eventually they will ask you if “do you have a question?”(like I’m bothering them) versus “I’m sorry, how can I help you?” First and last time.

Love this store. They had many brands in stock that I previously was only able to find online. I also like how they carry some of the less expensive brands, as I usually only like to splurge on foundation and concealer. Now, I can get my eye makeup and foundation/concealer during the same trip and without having to order some of it through the website. The staff is great. I came in to replace a foundation I loved but was almost out of and the sales rep helped me find one I ended up liking even better and was a better match to my skin tone. Definitely my favorite place to buy makeup.

Children endlessly spraying random parfums! If you are sensitive to fragrance stay far away from this place

As a union member wife I travel around the states so I purchase from different locations. Now I love ulta back in my beautiful Texas state never had a problem with discrimination but this ulta needs some work. Read previous reviews! if your Hispanic beware if your union don't support this store!

Clara was amazing! She took her time helping me find the perfect foundation match and blush for my skin tone. She didn’t make me feel rushed and felt like I was talking to a friend

I come to this store quiet many times but usually i always stuck with the fragrance section. But the last time i visited the store to look for makeup items (im a newbie and learning how to do full face makeup), i got help from an employee and her name was Edith, she did a great job on helping to pick out the foundation to match my skin tone. Thanks a lot!!!

The associates at this location were incredibly sweet towards me; I'm allergic to products with soy ingredients (which, sadly, that's a lot of stuff) and the staff were amazing in assisting me with finding products that had very little concentration of soy ingredients or none at all! This location is the reason why I no longer go to any competitor because I'm not judged or having my appearance compared. Thank you for treating me so kindly <3
